U-shaped kitchen with breakfast bar and eat-in area that opens to the covered patio. Contains everything needed (kitchen, bed, etc… essentials). Separate inside laundry room includes washer and dryer. Assigned covered parking. Community swimming pool with pool towels in-unit. Easy to use YouTube TV with all streaming apps. Walking distance to Valley Ho Hotel, Old Town Scottsdale, and Scottsdale Stadium. 5-minute Uber ride to The W Hotel. Great location for access to airport, TPC, ASU, and freeways to other surrounding metro areas.

Spring Break Fun

This is a great location! Close drive to Sloan Park and walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale. While the pool is not heated, the kids enjoyed it, as we had record setting temperatures. The house was clean and the host was very responsive to inquiries.

We enjoyed the easy walk to Old Scottsdale.Bed in extra room is new and super comfortable.Great communication with owner.Door is a bit challenging to open but we got the hang of it.Well equipped for all our needs.

SF Giants Spring Training

This VRBO met all our expectations, and the place delivered as advertised. One of the main reasons we selected this condo was location. We were able to walk to Scottsdale Stadium to watch the SF Giants. Also, this location was central for us to explore other sites. We had a wonderful experience.

It did the job

The property was very, very clean. In fact, the smell of the cleaner was a bit too much. The family room space was great. The huge TV and big nice sectional with a blanket if needed was so nice. The place is a bit older and while the decor and cleanliness helped so much, it was still a bit obvious. My father-in-law was supposed to stay with us but ended up unable to make the trip. That turned out to be a good thing though because there is only one bathroom for the two bedrooms. Downstairs is a small quarter bath with just a toilet and sink. So two bathrooms is a bit misleading. The host was very kind and responsive. We had to reach out when the water dropped. Would have preferred a heads up that the water for the development was going to be turned off. Luckily we had showered and headed out for the day. He was very thorough with the info we needed to know for our stay. That was nice!

Why they chose this property

I love this neighborhood for many reasons. Number one, location. You will be a 15 minute walk to Old Town Scottsdale and less than a 10 minute drive to both the 101 and 202 freeways, which will get you on your way to everywhere in the Valley. Number 2 is the environment. It's a serene location far enough from the ruckus (sometimes) of Old Town.

What makes this property unique

The townhome is turn key. Everything you need in the unit with access to the pool only 100 feet away approximately.
