The association members are welcoming to renters and owners and host monthly social hours/activities for you to enjoy while basking in the desert sunshine. To top it off there is a free covered parking spot in the gated and secure lot and an in-unit laundry. Welcome to our site! We are Nancy Jane Property Palm Springs! Nancy Jane is the beautiful blond in the profile photo and as most dog owners can attest to, she is my heart and I work for her. My name is Joseph St James. After being widowed in 2021 I decided I wanted a change that involved sunshine and started a new venture in what has been described as "The Happy Place" - Palm Springs, CA. I'm new to the VRBO world and hope I've created a beautiful space for visitors to bask in the sunshine and escape from the cares of everyday life. Why they chose this property
It's a gorgeous home with private & public indoor/outdoor living! A large private & secure living/dining terrace adjoins a home that has been completely remodeled. The public grounds are beautiful with multiple pools and hot tubs and all just walking distance to downtown Palm Springs. Unfortunately the unit is not wheelchair accessible as it is on the 2nd floor so there are stairs.
