We love our 5th floor condo right by the pool. Our grandkids can ask for a treat and we just pass it over the rail. The only time we have to wait on an elevator is to go down to the beach or we can use the stairs. There are 4 floors of parking under the building so no worries when it rains. 2023 there will be a new snack bar on the 5th floor open March through October. The fitness room is also located on the 5th floor overlooking the pool. We have mirror tinted the sliding doors so no one can see in the condo during the day. There are 2 hot tubs, 2 pools with one heated year long. A childrens water mushroom is in the center of the pool deck for those wanting to be splashed. If you want to walk to lunch or dinner without fighting traffic there are several options: Mo's across street, Runaway Island, Sharky's, Senor Frog, Funland and more are all about 1/2 mile walk. Pier Park is a 1 mile walk.

We have purchased daily beach service for our guest March through October. This includes 2 chaise lounges plus an umbrella set up on the beach each day of your stay. We will explain how to get the service a week before your stay.

Each guest is required to wear a silicone pool band while on pool deck or in the gym. We provide these for each required guest.

There is a registration fee for each guest car of $40.00 each that guest must register on line and pay with a cc prior to arrival.

Throw decorator pillows in pictures have been removed from beds.

You can see the pool deck and ocean from inside the condo. You can walk over to the rail to see the sand on the beach. There are several chairs and chaises on the pool deck for guest, first come first serve. Nothing can be hung on the rail of balcony.

We have a few strick rules: No animals of any type including beach animals (they die and stink.) No smoking or smokers (if anyone in your party smokes please don't request to rent our condo.) No guest of guest in condo (only registered guest up to 4 adult size and 4 small children up to 100 lb each. No sleeper in condo.) $1000 fine plus damages for any broken rules. We have been renting PCB condos for over 20 years and our guest have always loved our clean condos. The cleaners don't have time to deep clean after a guest. If anything is spilt please clean up like you would at home and no eating or drinking in beds or on sofas. There are bar stools, dining table and balcony table and chairs for eating.
