A beautiful view from the balcony complete with 2 loungers, table that seats 6 and electric grill. One of two units on fifth floor that has an outside entrance to lobby, complete with additional seating and amazing views of the bay. The living area and master bedroom have separate balcony access. Large flat screen tv's are located in living area, master bedroom and 2nd bedroom. Dining area has farmhouse table that seats 6 with additional 4 counter stools.
Unit amenities include internet access, well-stocked kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in kitchen and baths, bubble tub and separate shower in master bedroom. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer. Bed and bath linens provided. Beach towels are located in second bedroom closet.

Holiday Isle amenities include elevator access, lighted tennis court, fitness center, gated security entrance, indoor pool with hot tub, outdoor pool, covered garage parking with (3) vehicle maximum, steam room, dry sauna, (2) outdoor electric grills for community use, private boardwalk to the beach.

No parking area provided for boats or recreational vehicles.
