Unit 079 Family Tides -- All the perks of a Dauphin Island beach house *and* of new construction, all in one? Yes please! This 3BR/2BA home sleeps 7 with a king in the master, queen in the 2nd bedroom, and twin + trundle in 3rd bedroom. A rollaway bed is also available. Cozy living room space, dining area seating 6 + bar stools, and that kitchen is ready for you, whatever you want to whip up, with all the tools you need tucked away in those gorgeous cabinets! Perfect location on the west end of the island (stunning sunsets!) but not too far away from the fun of shops and restaurants. Rent a golf cart or bicycle and explore the island as a family, or just a romantic adventure for the two of you. Close enough to see and hear the lapping waves of the gulf from the charming, comfy porch, and just a minute or two walk until your feet are in the water.

Additional Charges: Cleaning fee, 11% lodging tax, non-refundable reservation fee and damage waiver, optional travel insurance.

We loved Family Tides

It was located in close proximity to the beach and met our family’s needs. There was some miscommunication about our internet/slash tv and we were without from Sunday to Friday but all in all we loved the house with the beach views & access.

Beautiful home!

Very impressed with this property! It was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. It took about 60 seconds to walk to the beach, and despite the fact that there were several other houses in front of it, you could still see and hear the ocean from the house. Highly recommend!

UBER WONDERFUL!

Our stay during February was exceptional. We were looking for an area that was laid back, quiet and close to the beach. Obviously, this choice met all concerns, but the property itself was the star. The home was welcoming, well-appointed and impeccably clean upon entry. The various paintings, small touches etc., were unique and colorful and fit it perfectly with the beach vibe. The kitchen had just about anything that one would need to prepare any meal. The location was steps from the surf, and we enjoyed hearing the waves through open windows at night. Communication with the agency was smooth with concern to check in and out. We have rented numerous properties through various agencies, and I would rate this property near the top if not at the top of them all. I certainly would recommend without reservation. Let me finish with a petty concern. I would replace the master bedroom sleeping pillows, but then again, that is probably a personal issue that could change depending on the preferences of the renters. We could not have had a better experience all things considered. Thanks!!!!

Excellent vacation house!

We stayed here for just under a week during Thanksgiving. The house was amazing! It is spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked - it had everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Property

Awesome location- easy access to the beach- literally 88 steps from the driveway to sand. Perfect house set up for family of 6- plenty of space and sleeping accommodations. Fully stocked- owners have the place covered. If they don’t have it you don’t need it. Location on island is great. Bottom line is that this place is great. Clean, spacious, well stocked. Don’t hesitate to make this your vacation home.

Just what we were looking for!

We absolutely adored Family Tides! It was the perfect beach vacation for our very busy college kids and teen after a very hectic and hardworking summer. We kicked back in the cozy living room and played games during the rain, spent most afternoons at the beach that was steps away and evenings on the porch, dancing, conversing or reading as the spectacular sun set entertained us. It was a unique beach experience away from all the hustle and bustle (low key..no fussing!) and had an amazing last evening at Dority’s singing along to live music. We also spent a day in NOLA (2.5 hours away) since we had never been. It was the perfect way for our family to wrap up summer!

Absolutely perfect home on Dauphin Island

Everything was perfect in this newly built home. Kitchen had every gadget you could imagine, home was exceptionally clean, outdoor shower was great, had plenty of space for kids to sleep, wifi, etc. They had games to play, puzzles, uno cards. Laundry setup was perfect. The deck was huge and ate out there a majority of the time. Beach was beautiful and water was great for the whole family. Would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful Home with awesome views and a short distance to the white sands of the gulf.

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home with very comfy accommodations and the house is beach themed decorated with all the beach accents the kitchen is top notch!! Front deck is a perfect spot to enjoy the views with morning coffee and an evening adult beverage too!! Awesome home !! Thank you for sharing it!!

Week of Tgiving 2021 at the Gulf

The place was as pretty in person as the listing, and the kitchen had everything one could possibly need. We loved it! Important to note it is not on the beach but very close. The only drawback was that the walls must be very thin because if you went to bed early or up early everyone in the house can hear you milling around.
