Villa Caleton #11 is a four-bedroom ocean and golf front villa located in Cap Cana Resort (www.capcana.com), one of the most exclusive resorts in the Dominican Rep. The villa is located on a privileged site bordered by the Punta Espada Golf Course and the breathtaking 180 degrees views of the Caribbean Sea. Its tropical design reflects the Caribbean way of life. With less than 164ft. / 50m. to the Caribbean Sea, this ocean front villa constantly has a little breeze for you to enjoy while having a cocktail by the pool area as the sun goes down.

When stepping through the main front door of the villa you will be met by a scenery overlooking the large open living and pool area with the sparkling colors of the Caribbean Sea in the back ground, not even a photographic picture could display this better. These gorgeous views you will simply not find elsewhere here in Punta Cana.
In December 2022 owners completed construction, adding a new building with an indoor dining and media room with air-conditioning where one can cool down after a day in the sun. They also added another building for the staff with 2 bedrooms and with their own kitchen so you will not be disturbed during their lunch hours.
The villa is owned by an American / Danish family of four living most of the year in New York. The villa has previously been rented by royal families as well as some of the most well-known professional golfers, singers and Hollywood stars.
