Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, full cookware, dishes and silverware that will satisfy all your home or gourmet cooking wishes.

Our stay at SmartMobilis was awesome, we really appreciated the attention to detail of the hosts providing various kitchen utensils & condiments and even adapted the place to our needs (e.g., adding extra desks for remote work). Everybody was very friendly, attentive and responsive. We had a great time and highly recommend this place for a luxury stay in SJ!

We stayed here for 10 days while my mom had dental work done. So much attention to detail in this very well stocked home. It was very comfortable for my husband, mom and me. Would love to stay again sometime. The gym in the complex is well equipped. The pool looks nice as well but we never made it out there. The host is very responsive though we had no needs as everything was already there! Very clean too. Thank you!

This apartment was amazing. It has all the new "smart" technology, that as an older individual, I am not very accustomed to but the owner Jorge responded within minutes when I needed help. Modern, beautiful and comfortable apartment located in a convenient location. It contains many modern amenities and it has been very thoughtfully decorated and stocked. They even supplied some eggs, coffee, bread, etc. so that we didn't have to go to the grocery store immediately when we arrived. The owners are very responsive and cordial.

Fabulous!

This place is fabulous! A new building with all the technical amenities of a modern home and all the essentials for comfortable easy living. The cleaning service and the cleaning person were wonderful. The location is perfect if you like big cities and access to many of Costa Rica's world renown must see sites and things to do. The host, Jorge, is very helpful and very responsive to inquiries and needs. This will be my home of choice when in Costa Rica.

The best place to stay in San Jose, Costa Rica

I have stayed in many apartments during my travels and this is the best equipped place I have ever been. It is furnished and has the best items necessary for a comfortable and happy stay. Enough attention has been paid to details so that nothing is missing to feel at home. You can also tell the people who own, operate and maintain the place are professionals who take pride in what they do. Upon arriving at GreenVilla I was greeted by a cold bottle of sparkling wine, there was bread, eggs and fruit to prepare a delicious breakfast as well as coffee, milk and orange juice. During my stay I enjoyed the gym in the mornings and was able to work comfortably from the living room and even from the balcony. The only problem is that now all my future accommodations will be compare to this luxury appartment. If it's available, consider yourself lucky and book it.
