NEW CONSTRUCTION 2BR Modern Farmhouse in Downtown Paso Robles near wineries, restaurants, bars and shopping. Each BR has king bed and adjacent bathroom. BBQ, Firepit, Patio, Private parking, EV Level 2 charging, Washer/Dryer and Gourmet/Chef's Kitchen. Paso Robles Permit No. STR19-0013.
The space
Brand new two bedroom and two bathroom home with open floor plan, high ceilings, chef's kitchen and easy flow to outdoor area. Each bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, large closet and built-in desk. Home is conveniently located to wineries and a short 15 minute walk to restaurants, bars, shopping and park (approx 3/4 mile).
Guest access
Guest will receive gate code and door code before check in date.
Other things to note
Private fence system with gate code. EV charging available. Always good to have restaurant and winery reservations set up ahead of time.

I had an amazing experience staying at this house! The location is absolutely perfect – everything you need is just a stone’s throw away. Whether it’s restaurants, shops, or popular attractions, it’s all within walking distance or a short drive. I couldn’t have asked for a better spot to explore the area.Additionally, the host was incredibly communicative. They were quick to respond to any questions and made sure everything was clear, from check-in to check-out. This is a very clean, well appointed home. The two bedrooms were at opposite ends of the home, each with their own bathroom. It was tastefully decorated and thoughtfully planned out! Would definitely recommend!

This Host has thought of everything! Towel Hangers in the bedroom, Mirrored vanity/desk area in the bedroom, condiments (ie: No one ever has honey. This was a Treat!!), Coffee and Tea (Usually we have to make a grocery store run). Comfortable, Clean, Great location (walking distance to downtown), etc....Thank you for a wonderful stay!!
