It’s a beautiful place with incredible views but difficult to find. Once you are there there is little close by and transportation is absolutely required to get to restaurants and grocery stores. Loved our stay but couldn’t have done it without a rental car.

The description of the rental was completely inaccurate. The description says 17 minutes away from SXM but The place is 45 min away at best from SXM Airport. Not to mention the difficult terrain you have to drive to get there. I had a friend that lives in Sint Maarten and he was shocked at how difficult it was to get to the rental. I was not able check in because the place was way too far from the activities we had planned for our stay. I reached out to the owner and got NO RESPONSE.

Beautiful condo
Great properry, and location. Only issue we had. We booked for 1 night stay. After we booked 1 day before we arrived . We were told there would be an additional fee because on only renting for.ine night. This was not communicated before we signed the contract. This has happened couple times with vrbo.

Dear Kurt,
this is unacceptable of you leaving this type of review on my listings after notifying you upfront in a phone call day’s before your arrival that we do not accept 1 day reservation because of the expense that are being made in order to accommodate guests it’s not profitable.
You was offered the option to cancel before arrival or pay the additional cost, you than agree to pay the extra cost of USD 100.00
On top of that you’re stating that this has couple of times with Vrbo as if you had that experience multiple times by my property.
Really unacceptable and disgraceful of you.
