Romario was so kind and helpful. He drove me to the nearest hospital in the middle of the night after i took a fall. The villa is very comfortable and kitchen is well equipped.. There is a spacious terrace above with gorgeous views of ocean and hills.

our host was always here to facilitate our time. The place was clean. It was really nice to stay here, quiet and resting. I will add more dishes or primary needs like salt and pepper, shampoo, soap, more plates, bowls, glasses and add more things to cook like pan... But honelsy everything was perfect so thank you!

Best of a Tough Situation

At the last minute, there was a problem with our booking. But Romario quickly found us an alternate location to stay, and it was outstanding. I can't speak to the listing of the property that we booked....because we ended up not being able to stay there. But Romario took care of us and found us another place to stay (which was also outstanding by the way). We had a great trip in SXM!

Amazing Home in Paradise

We absolutely loved our time here. Romario is a fantastic host who has thought of everything guests may need. He was able to help us arrange transportation from the airport, which was a huge plus and decreased stress upon arrival to a new island. He met us at the house, showed us around, answered all of our questions, and made himself available for anything needed. The pictures were accurate - the house was extremely clean, spacious, and modern. Having access to the Dawn Beach Club was a plus as well - we had dinner there one night and it was delicious. To top it off, making his SUV available allowed us to access the island at our own pace. Great trip - we would definitely stay here again!

Great Villa in the hills above Dawn Beach

Nice villa. Make sure you know how to get there before arriving at SXM. It's on the other side of the island and cell phone signal was spotty... getting there in the dark turned into a real adventure. It is a short drive to Dawn Beach and you can utilize the pool and beach chairs at JW Marriott. Although, Dawn Beach was the worst beach on the island, many other beaches on the island put it to shame. The villa needs a few items like quality linens, mattress protectors, towels and basic cleaning supplies as there is no cleaning service and the garbage is a take it with you to the entrance of the community setup. No big deal but would've been nice to know and be able to clean some without purchasing our own supplies. Would be nice to have TV in bedrooms too. Would be great to have the ability to pay for basic groceries to be waiting upon arrival. Thankfully we stopped in Marigot and at least got coffee and a few items for our child. Beautiful upper deck, but WiFi signal did not reach which was a bit of a bummer for hanging out or trying to listen to music up there. Do some research on where the villa is... we had a convertible Jeep that worked well but was a bit of a drive to everything. We booked both a fishing trip and speed boat trip to Anguilla with "Billy Bones", highly recommend both but the Anguilla trip is a must. We preferred the French side of the island which is 10 minutes from the villa.All in all, it's a great villa.

We are pleased to inform you that we have upgraded our linens, basic necessities and also added televisions in the bedrooms. We do have our cleaning products stored in a store room right outside the villa, to ensure the guests have adequate room to utilize the space inside of the villa. I do apologize that this was missed and also for any inconvenience this may have caused. Overall, we are happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay on the island and do hope to welcome you back again soon!
