The 4Seasons is a 2600+ square foot, 4 bedroom, 3 bath ranch on a basement designed by Unlock Stays to be a whole experience that includes sights and smells!

The entire 2,600 Sq. Ft. home is only accessible to you and your group during your stay.

This home is nestled at the bottom of a short hill. The driveway comfortably holds two vehicles. There is also gravel parking to the right of the driveway’s entrance that is on flat ground and fits two vehicles. You will see 2 parking signs that read, "Reserved Parking." These spots are only for confirmed guests. (Max 4 cars at any time - Do not park in front of our neighbor’s house as they may tow your vehicle.)

Other things to note
**This home caters to teens and adults. The themed decorations are not toys and might look enticing to young, walking children to play with. Therefore, we recommend that parents of young children treat "themselves" to this retreat to prevent damage & replacement fees.

**Must sign the rental agreement within 24 hours of making your reservation. A security deposit "hold" of $300 will be placed on the credit card used to book 2 days prior to arrival and will be released no later than 5 days after departure, pending no damages/missing items reported. 8% cancellation fee to cover processing fees.

**On this property, NO DISRUPTIVE gatherings or PARTIES are permitted. Unauthorized gatherings will result in an automatic cancellation without a refund and forfeiture of the security deposit. Non-disruptive events are allowed with written permission only and an additional paid event fee.

NOTE:

There are strict quiet hours within the neighborhood from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. EST. Therefore, outdoor amenities are closed at 10:30 pm from Monday through Thursday and at 12:30 a.m. Friday through Sunday.

EARLY CHECK-INS
Guests can request early check-ins within two days of their arrival. Early check-in is not guaranteed, and we cannot approve any early check-ins before this 2-day window. If early check-in is available, guests will be charged a fee of $25 per hour up until the normal check-in time. Early check-ins will not be allowed before 8 am.

LATE CHECK-OUTS
Guests can request late check-outs within 2 days of their departure. Late checkouts are not guaranteed, and we cannot approve any late check-outs before this 2-day window. If late check-out is available, guests will be charged a fee of $25 per hour after the normal 11 a.m. check-out time. Late checkouts will not be allowed past 4 p.m.

**Guests who check out late without our approval will be charged a $300 fee. This strict rule is put in place to give the cleaners enough time to clean the property and replenish supplies before the next guest arrives. **

**Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $85 per dog, per stay. A refundable damage deposit of $150 per pet is due before check-in. Per stay, a maximum of two dogs (up to 35 pounds) are permitted. (Please include breed, weight, and size in your booking request.)

** We follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe, and memorable stay with Unlock Stay properties; hence, our home security systems include entry sensors and an active, recording audio and video device at the front door. Tampering with either device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine. Tampering includes but is not limited to: covering, blocking, turning, or removing. This also includes our doorbells. Any tampering with devices will result in an immediate non-refundable cancellation of your stay. There is NO surveillance located inside the home.
