When driving into the gate to the house, you will come to the main entrance which is surrounded by mature gardens and olive trees. There is a seating area on this side of the house to enjoy the morning sun or shade in the evenings.

Upon entrance of the villa, there is a hallway with a high ceiling that opens up to the staircase, living room, and spacious open kitchen, as well as one-bedroom and the guest toilet. The living room is equipped with several high-quality couches and a large flat-screen television with international channels. Furthermore, you will find many of Marbella’s finest restaurants and bars in the trendy and luxurious Nueva Andalucia area where this villa is located.
