The condo itself was very nice. The only issue on check-in was a slow draining tub and the shower curtain which needed replacing. Both were promptly remedied. If you like to go back and forth to the beach it's a bit of a hike. I rented a bike which took care of that issue which also proved handy for nearby restaurants. An overall nice experience and would return.

Check-in was simple and receptionist was on site to answer additional questions. Walking across street to beach, beach chairs and umbrellas available. The only challenge i have had was i left a dress behind and haven't heard back about getting it, more on me though.

The condo was lovely and pictures and description were very accurate. Loved the screened patio and the great views of the bay. Condo was very clean and furniture was comfortable, including the beds. The beach was literally across the street and there were always plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas available no matter what time we went down to the beach. There were even a few restaurants in walking distance. My only suggestion would be to better equip the kitchen. We hope to return.

Beach/bay getaway

This was the perfect location for a short trip to Long Boat Key. It was close to Harry’s Kitchens, one of our favorite restaurants and deli. The condo was very comfortable and met our needs.

We love longboat key and there are so many wonderful places to stay. The beach castle was no different. Clean, beautiful bay view, and close to everything you could possibly want on longboat key.

This is a well-maintained property with a tropical vibe.

The unit was tidy and clean equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils needed whether for a long weekend or months-long visit. Property has both bay and beach access to beautiful white sand of the Gulf of Mexico.

The Longboat Experience

Cozy quarters Nicely decorated Very Quiet Beautiful view of the bay Fantastic pool along with access to pool accessories. Easy walk to ocean across the street. Plenty of chairs at beach area.. Amazing sunsets. Parking was great along with free access of laundry facilities. Manager was accessible and accommodating. Overall a lovely and relaxing stay along with great restaurants in the area.

Told property management and was told that the bug person was coming the day we checked out . We decided to give another RVA location a chance but have noticed the past two times staying with there managed property the bugs have been an issues as well as the cleanliness of the units .

An Unexpected Delight

We chose Beach Castle, since we have rented there i each of the last three winters and love the area. Jeff Merkel is so professional and did a great job handling our needs and getting us checked in on a Sunday. Of course, Ted Palm, Beach Castle's property manager, is the best!
