You won't ever want to leave this fantastic 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 7th floor condo that sleeps 12, with a huge wrap-around balcony! The gulf-facing master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, and private master bath. You'll find one full and one queen bed and a flat-screen TV in the second bedroom, plus a full bath! The third bedroom has two full beds and a flat-screen TV, and a full bath. Floor to ceiling views of the Gulf greet you in the living room. The living room has a full pop out out sleeper sofa and and a large flat screen TV. You'll find a separate dining room that overlooks the Lagoon pool with seating for 6 at the table, and 4 at the bar. The dining area also has seating in front of the window overlooking the Lagoon style pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Watch the sun set into the Gulf from the wrap-around private balcony. For your convenience, this unit comes with a washer and dryer and Free Wi-Fi. Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach. Come golf at the gulf! Edgewater features a par-3 executive golf course, basketball hoops, pickleball, shuffleboard, and tennis facilities. The space was nice and well appointed. Kitchen well stocked. AC worked great despite soaring temps and the fact that the unit is on east end of the tower and gets brutal sun for 10+ hours per day and the fact that the entire wall facing the gulf is glass and picks up heat starting about 11 AM until sundown (8:30 PM). Everything was in working order in the unit and in the property. Pool is huge and access to beach is easy.

The view was amazing. Thanks to the wrap-around balcony you could see three angels clearly. A bathroom for each bedroom is wonderful. Full laundry set up is must and makes returning home so much easier since laundry is already done. We had everything we needed for cooking full meals. Highly recommend 1-701.

This condo is clean and comfortable with plenty of room! Our family of 9 enjoyed our stay. Easter hasof activities for the kids and the large pool is a plus. We would definitely stay here again!

We got there about 5:30 the day we arrived, the condo is beautiful it had all of the amenities a family needs, the only appliance they don’t have is a blender. The balcony is huge and has a great view!

The property was great! The view of the beach was amazing and the wraparound balcony gave you a view of the city as well. We really wished the tower 1 pool was heated because it was the best pool out of them all. Overall, it was a great week and we would definitely rent again!!

Great unit and location. Check in easy with Emerald Coast Vacations and Farrah was quick with any questions or concerns(only concern was missing cushion off porch chair which had obviously blown off with windy weather). Would definitely stay here again.
