Welcome! You will be greeted with a stunning and breath taking ocean view with miles of beaches just waiting for memories to be made! Our condo will feel like paradise you won't be disappointed staying here! Accommodating 7 people with full amenities.

New kitchen:
Equipped with all you need for cooking and baking, all stainless steel gallery appliances with double oven, granite counter tops with large breakfast bar and extra large granite table for dining and entertaining!

Living room:
Beautiful spacious floor plan with a large 80 inch flat screen smart TV and DVD player with a large multiple reclining couch, a love seat and recliner to relax and enjoy the ocean view! We also have movies and family games to enjoy!

Bedrooms:
Master bedroom is large with new king bed and mattress, 80 inch flat screen smart TV, with a walk out balcony to enjoy the breath taking view of the ocean, beach, pool and hot tub or just sit, sip and enjoy the view in the recliner! Large bathroom with dual granite sinks and stunning spa like dual head walk in shower with bench. Spacious walk in closet with a new twin roll a away bed and one new pack and play to use.

Bedroom 2:
Two new queen beds and mattresses, 50 inch flat screen smart TV and DVD player. With a connecting bathroom with granite sink and large walk in shower.

Condo is furnished with free WiFi, washer and dryer, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, towels and linens provided.

Location:
Tower 3 2nd floor access to beach, pools, hot tubs, kids splash pad, bar and restaurant's, hair and nail salon, par 3 golf course, tennis court, pickle ball court, shuffle board, fitness center and so much more that Edge Water Resort has to offer!

Then, after a day of fun, sun we have a beautiful private balcony with a ocean view meant for sitting, sipping drinks and planning your next day or just taking in the view! In our condo you will begin and end your day with ocean views, waves crashing and reminiscing the memories made!

No matter if you are coming in for a week ,two, or even a month we promise you will not be disappointed staying here to soak up your sun and fun!

Beautiful Property

My wife and I stayed for a month in this property and really enjoyed it. Being on the 2nd floor allowed us to come and go easily via the stairs without waiting for the elevator which can be crowded at times. The condo was impressive, furnished well and great views of the ocean. The only complaint outside of our host's control is the proximity to the hot tub which was just outside the master bedroom. It may only be a real issue over the Spring Break period (which was when we were there), but its technically open until midnight with quiet hours posted for 10pm. Neither of these rules were followed and the nightly parties were frustrating. Tired of calling security we bought a sound machine to help mitigate. The culprits were college and high school ages primarily so again this is probably more of a March/early April issue to be aware of.

This property is spectacular! It was exactly as pictured but what is not evident in the photos is all the extras (ie hooks for hanging thing on are in abundance everywhere) the dining room table is spacious for eating heavy granite and tons of countertop space on the table and in the kitchen. Very well equipped kitchen and lots of very untypical needed items to get you through the first day or two, coffee (pot and kuerig) and actual coffee and pods. Laundry supplies, goop quality TP😀, etc etc! We stayed a month and had several different groups of friends and family visit and they all said WOW, the owner was in constant contact, the garbage disposal went out and it was replaced by 9 am the next day! The view is great😎we will definitely go back!!!

Right on the beach, Fabulous Property Owner

Four adults shared this unit Jan-Feb, Front master BD, rear smaller bedroom, washrooms in each. Unit was as described and pictured, very nice decor, comfortable, TV's in living room and each bedroom, all the amenities we required and then some. Beautiful location right on the beach. Condo Host was absolutely excellent and kept in contact with us to ensure our stay was A+, which it was. The only thing that we didn't realize was the Tram was not operational during Jan/Feb so we had to drive to most areas. We would highly recommend this unit.

I love the beach

Property was lovely. Staff members at resort were very nice and helpful. The food at the hotel resort restaurant was very good. The service was good. Everything I needed was there. Convenient. The beach was just beautiful. Water was clear and warm . This trip was relaxing and just what I needed. I cannot wait to go back. Michelle was kind and helpful. I reached her easily. It was a great trip.
