The Aria - 4BR/3BA Oasis with Heated Pool, Spa & Fun Games

This stunning, fully updated 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom single-level home features TWO MASTER SUITES! There’s plenty of space for the entire family at this Scottsdale Oasis, just minutes from Old Town, stadiums, the airport, and all the shopping, dining, and entertainment you desire. The backyard includes a heated pool, hot tub, putting green, BBQ, gas fire pit, and outdoor dining.

For Pool Heat - we charge $75/day from October-April, and $25/day during other months if requested. There is a 2-day minimum during winter/spring. Discounts available for stays of 5 nights or more.

This house is not suitable for parties/events, as our home is in a quiet residential area.

Convenient access to the 101 Freeway, which will take you anywhere you need to go! Uber or Lyft are readily available, as are golf carts and electric scooters.

Walk a few blocks to grab your morning coffee at the nearby Starbucks. Or if you have a donut fix, the Local Donut Shop is less than a half-mile away!

This is a SMOKE-FREE & PET-FREE home. In the event that you will be traveling with a service animal, please ask the host to send over the Courteous Conduct and Cleanliness Agreement for your review and agreement prior to your stay.

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire house with the exception of locked cabinets where extra supplies are stored.

Other things to note:
There is a video doorbell, exterior of the front door, which records 30 sec. facing the front yard upon motion detection. Another camera faces the backyard seating /firepit /putting green and does not overlook the pool or hot tub area, and another facing the gate and pool equipment area.


There is also a noise decibel monitor on at all times, which does not record audio, but tracks how loud the general environment is.
