The Neighborhood: Five Points is an up and coming neighborhood 8 minutes north of downtown San Antonio. You will see some homes that are very nice and have been completely restored and you will also see some homes that need work. I stay here frequently with family and friends and feel that the neighborhood is quite safe. The neighbors have all been very friendly and keep an eye on the property. That being said we have taken extra precautions for the assured safety of our family, friends, and guests by fencing in the entire property and adding plenty of bright lights, off street parking for up to 3 vehicles, dummy security cameras (they look real but are not really working).

Location was good, neighborhood was not great. Close to railroad tracks, you can hear it at all hours of the day. It's a beautiful house, but it needs to be remodeled, and the furniture has some wear and tear. We had some issues but had a quick response. The internet was not working.
The host was welcoming. Response time was great. The house was just as advertised. I traveled with a group of 11 including 1ur old twins.. The home is welcoming, makes you feel like you're at home. We had plenty of space. Fenced in yard and volleyball next was a plus for the other kids. This is an older house that has been updated, can use a few more, But overall we had a great experience, the area was quiet. We would definitely use it again

Our stay was perfect for our mini family vacation. The house was very clean, stocked with supplies like trash bags, toilet paper, shampoos and games for the kids. I was a little concerned about the neighborhood when we first got there but over all it was a very quite neighborhood with no problems.
We are a family of 14 and this place was more than enough room for all of us. It was very close to everything we were going to so that was nice. The backyard was great for the little ones. Everytime I needed to ask Daniel a question, he responded in no time. If you ever go to San Antonio with a large family or friends, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING.
We enjoyed our stay so much! The house accommodated everyone perfectly. There was more than enough toiletries, paper towels, trashbags. There was plenty to do there with the volleyball net, shuffleboard, dartboard and board games. It was conveniently located near everything. We had a blast and will definitely come back again!
Definitely a must place to stay.
I spend a weekend with family and was skeptical about online Bnb booking. I thought my family wasn’t going to like the place but it’s a very nice and cozy home. Very clean and organized.
Thanks a bunch.
Very responsive owner, answers the phone on the first ring, which is not common. While it is an old home, it is very classic, and it has a huge amount of sleeping space. Kitchen and dining room areas are large and well put together. The backyard has a huge volleyball court, And the neighborhood is very quiet. Would book again!
Everything was really nice in the house we enjoyed our stay so much. There was so much space only thing back yard was not as nice we thought we would go out and enjoy it but we did not other then that we had a great time. House was like 20 min from SeaWorld not bad at all .

Rented this home for a couple of days for my entire family. Great home for large families! While this home is located in an area I probably wouldn't have picked to begin with, we did not have any problems or issues with the neighborhood. Pretty much quite neighborhood. Access to many things in San Antonio.
The area that the home was in felt safe, peaceful, and quiet. 1 bed and 4 twin beds on the 1st floor, and 5 beds on the 2nd floor. 1 restroom on each floor. Washer and dryer were super convenient and the home itself was spaceous. It was SO cold in the home, and the middle room at the top was freezing, but that’s preferable over it being hot so no complaints. Blankets, pillows, and towels were a nice plus, as well as the pans, bowls and plates already in the pantry. We liked how every room was named after a different Texas city! It was a pleasant stay, but some minor things can be changed: the porch lights that connect to the side fence were mostly broken, the restroom door handles were practically dangling, and the back yard was full of mosquitoes or bugs that bit our kids legs and left them with small boils on the 1st night. Overall, it was a great stay and allowed our big family to stay in one place & create memories in the home!
