Pet friendly, room in living area for crate. Lots of outside seating, both covered and not. Split fence around about an acre, lots of things for children outside and large fire pit. 3 things for those considering renting: 1) shower is a 32" with a curtain, 2) loft access is a ships ladder, 3) entrance doesn't say Treehouse anywhere, says Los Conchitas.My husband and dogs stayed for the weekend and it was very relaxing. Very sturdy stairs up to house door. Nice TVs in multiple areas, lots of windows. A/C and heat kept place comfortable, along with ceiling fans. It was in 50s during nights and 60's during days while we were there.We very much enjoyed our stay.
