Bodega Harbour South – 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in the Bodega Harbour Country Club. Located on the the front line, Grayhaven has 180 degree spanning views of the Pacific, Bodega Bay, Doran Beach and The Links at Bodega Harbour.

This is a perfect house for large families, Nice great room, large dining table and great ocean views, separate "wings" of the home, each with large flatscreen TV's. Works great to give kids and adults their own space. Master bedroom has a queen and nice views, 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have queen beds and nice views as well, the 4th bedroom has custom bunk beds, double on the bottom, twin on the top.

There is a large deck out back that is wind sheltered and has amazing views, large entry courtyard that is wind protected with a BBQ. Home is on one level, short walk to the beach and the country club.

Sonoma County Tot Cert #: 1790N, License #: , Permit #: Exempt, Quiet Hours: 9 PM to 7 AM, Max vehicles: 4, Max Occupancy: 8, No outdoor amplified sound is allowed.

The house was clean and well equipped. Its location on the golf course, walking distance to the beach and a restaurant was perfect.

Had a great trip

We had a family wedding at the Bodega Bay Lodge and were able to walk from this house to the wedding and back very easily. Was great waking up and enjoying the beautiful views.

Lovely place with breathtaking views

Great house with incredible views of the water and the golf course. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck watching the water and the golf games. House has lots of space, big great room, and 2 other extra spaces for hanging out or watching movies, in addition to the bedrooms. Nicely equipped kitchen and fantastic deck facing the water. Great that it is one level (nice for our elderly mom to get around).

Great Views

This property has great views of the Bodega Bay. Overall it was a nice place to stay and mostly clean. We had an issue with the oven not working - the property management company offered for us to use another kitchen, but we decided to change dinner plans. They should also spray for insects, we had to wipe spiderwebs off the outdoor chairs before using them and had a couple spiders in the house. The BBQ grease tray hadn't been cleaned and flared up when we grilled some steaks. Overall we had a nice visit though.

Nice big home walking distance to the beach

Overall, this was a spacious and comfortable home with plenty of room for families to spread out and enjoy their own areas. The 10-minute walk to the beach was very convenient, and the views of the golf course were beautiful. However, being so close to multiple holes meant there were golfers passing by throughout the day, which impacted privacy a bit. The house had a slight odor and some sticky floors and surfaces. While this wasn’t a huge issue, for a cleaning fee over 400, we expected a higher standard of cleanliness compared to other rentals we’ve stayed in. Despite that, it’s a nice property with great views and a wonderful location near the beach.
