This beautiful apartment comes with a gorgeous eat-in kitchen with breakfast nook, formal dining room, and comfortable living room with functioning gas chimney.

Welcome to our home! We hope you love staying here as much as we do. Our house is a two-level condo with direct street and garage access. We live downstairs and you have run of the entire upper level including full kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathrooms. You will have your own independent door to the street, and we enter via the garage. We are available if you need us!

Just blocks away from the historic Haight Ashbury neighborhood with many unique shops and restaurants. We are located in front of beautiful Buena Vista Park and close to several public transportation bus lines not to mention Golden Gate Park. Just in front of our property is the bus stop for the 6 and 7 MUNI lines that will connect you to wherever you want to visit in the City. Our location is well-serviced by ride-share companies.

This listing includes full and independent access to the entire floor, including a spacious and elegant living room, dining room, and eat-in kitchen. The first bedroom includes a king-size bed and a private bath. The two other bedrooms have queen-size beds each and share a beautiful bathroom. There are two separate pull-out beds available as well. We offer two parking spaces available on-site for an additional charge. Please let us know in advance if you are interested.

Prepare a gourmet meal in our kitchen made for foodies including a Viking gas stove with a nearby breakfast nook featuring beautiful stained glass or serve your guests in our formal dining room that can accommodate up to ten. We offer the perfect location for family gatherings.

A convenient bus stop across the street takes you to anywhere in the City via public transportation (MUNI). Just in front of our property is the bus stop for the 6 and 7 MUNI lines. Our location is well-serviced by ride-share companies. Free street parking is fairly easy along Haight and adjacent streets, and we also offer onsite garage parking for up to two cars for an additional $50 per car per night fee.

This is our home, and we are thrilled you will enjoy it and love staying here as much as we do. We live downstairs on an independent floor connected by an interior staircase. We enter through the garage and separately from the flat you'll be renting. We are here for you if you need us, but you should not notice us if you do not. We have left two comfortable fold-up beds in the closet if necessary. We have two external cameras on the premises: (1) a Nest doorbell camera at the front entry and (2) a Nest camera in the garage. Check out is very simple...please run the dishwasher with any dirty dishes before you leave. That's it! We'll take care of everything else.
