This beautiful beachfront home sits on Play Dorado, just beyond the city limits of Rocky Point, Mexico. The sand stretches to the horizons here. An exceptional getaway spot for a family to enjoy a tranquil beach that is almost all your own!

The home offers three bedroom, bathroom combinations, each connecting to the central living space. The high ceiling is topped with a glass skylight, adding to the warm, bright ambiance of the interior.

Casa L'italien details;

~ Cozy seating area in the live-in room with wall mounted TV, and a dining table for four
~ Kitchen with arch topped counter with high backed seats. All appliances and dinnerware make this a great kitchen for an extended stay.
~ Patio that stretch along the sandy beach at Playa Dorado
~ Dining table, chaise lounge chairs, and BBQ grill on the patio
~ Three complete bedrooms. One with King bed, sofa, and attached bathroom with shower and double vanity. Second bedroom is beachfront with a day bed, and third has a Queen bed. Separate bathroom with shower and vanity.

Please be advised that before heading to the property, you must stop by our office to pick up the keys.

Great location right on the beach

Great location right on the beach! The master shower has a window in it facing the neighbor, which is weird and the house needs a broom, but otherwise A+.

Cozy beach house

My family and I had An amazing, relaxing and fun time at the l'italian! The home was very clean and had everything we needed and more :) the beach was amazing. We will be back. Muchas gracias

Great getaway for a quiet week with friends

We enjoyed the beach front view and sound of the ocean. It was perfect for two couples. The sunsets were beautiful and we were only 20 minutes from town in case we needed anything. The check in process was a little confusing since you have to stop by the place in town to pick up the keys before heading to the home and depending on the map app you are using it may direct you someplace else. Just read the instructions thoroughly and follow the landmarks they mention in the instructions.
