Welcome to RockAway Ridge! The interior of this property is beautifully decorated with hints of music pieces throughout. The jukebox in the living room & records on the wall add charm to the theme of the home. It offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a hot tub, sleeps 6 comfortably & is located walking distance to DT Port Sanilac! The beach is only blocks away from the home as well! Port Sanilac offers many shops, restaurants and a marina! It will not disappoint!


- Dog(s) are allowed but you must get permission first before you rent this cottage. The dog(s) must stay off of the furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas and ticks. Please sweep up/vacuum dog hair and dispose of prior to your departure. There is an additional fee to bring your dog(s).
HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 3 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors' way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM

- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.
