Our 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom modern and new townhouse is the best place for you to feel relaxed and close to it all while traveling. Located close to Arvada and Denver, you will never be lacking in local restaurants, breweries, and more.

When you enter our place, you will be met with a mid-century style with new décor, design, and appliances. The living space is the perfect place to turn on the smart tv tuning into your favorite streaming platform to catch up on shows or movies. Since work has become more remote over the years, we made sure to dedicate a working area for you during your stay, equipped with a desk and chair. You will feel right at home in our luxury townhouse!

If you are seeking adventures in nearby towns, Boulder is a hip spot only about 30 minutes away and more cool places. Hiking is easily accessible since you only need to drive a short 10 minutes to find the nearest trails.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
