The second floor/main level is comprised of the main living area, kitchen, and a bedroom with 2 full beds and an en suite bathroom. The third floor is comprised of the master bedroom with a king bed and en suite bathroom, and an additional bedroom with a bunk full bed over queen bed and pull out twin bed, and an en suite bathroom. The laundry area is also located on the third floor.

Family time in Nashville

We enjoyed our family time together. Location was great. The property itself needs some attention. No garage opener so someone would have to get out of the car every time to open the gate and open/close the garage. Not fun when it’s cold out. A pile of Trash left by garage door when we arrived. You can tell it’s been there for weeks. Both coffee makers were terrible. One would leak every where and the other one had a broken handle. None of the bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash. All canisters were empty.

Modern apartment with upscale decoration

Great accommodations with awesome accessories. Great for couples or family. Couple minute ride from downtown Nashville or 12 South. Would definitely rent again. Thanks so much.
