Property was clean. It was pet friendly and did not smell like pets because although I love pet friendly I don’t love the smell. Great beach access and pretty view of ocean from the rooftop as well as able to see fireworks on Thursdays in season is nice. We enjoyed outdoor shower as well as it was very helpful cleaning up after day on the beach and rinsing off our beach toys as well.

A perfect stay

Everything was great! We were in town for a wedding and had everything we needed. The house is well appointed and the rooftop was a wonderful! We’ll definitely make a plan to come back.

Rooftop great

Great for adults abd children, kids loved the rooftop deck. Two adults bad knees elevator was great. Could have used a better and bigger coffee machine.

Perfect vacation house

This property was wonderful. Just a quick walk to the beach. In addition to the four bedrooms and multiple seating areas, there were also several outdoor areas where we enjoyed our day. The check in and out process was easy and the communication was prompt. The house was ready with fresh linens on the bed, towels and extra supplies. There were even beach chairs, a wagon and bikes to enjoy. Lovely home and would definitely rent again.

I encountered an issue using the elevator whennwe first arrived and called the host who walked me through trouble-shooting and stayed on the phone until the issue was resolved. I called a bit later with another issue and was helped immediately, which was so appreciated. The house was perfect for my family - we stayed for a few days while Raleigh was getting an ice storm. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had what we needed, and internet allowed my husband and I to check emails/work during the day. It's a great property!
