Beautiful, oceanfront property and home next to Samoset Resort and Golf Course. Fully renovated, all new kitchen and baths, super clean and charming chic decor. Sleeps 6 in 2 bedrooms with queen beds and trundle with 2 twins on upstairs hallway landing, plus 2.5 baths. Lots of amenities and plenty of room in over 1300 sq. ft. plus private screened in porch and gas grill. Outdoor pool on property. Next to resort, spa and restaurants.

Walk to beach, lighthouse, trails and shops. Close by to the harbors with boats and ferries, plus sailing, island and Lobster boat excursions. Nearby are sandy beaches, lakes, mountains and hiking, including up a blueberry trial to a hilltop ocean view. Enjoy year round festivals, art and plays in the park, and events like July 4th, Blues festival, Lobster Festival, Film festival, Schooner and Windjammer Days.

Also plan a trip for the fall foliage, or downhill and cross country skiing in Camden with tubing and toboggan rides and races. Welcome to our heavenly home! It really is a year round wonderland to visit and stay!

A great multi-bed option for the wedding we attended at Samoset Resort, and for day trips to Camden. It is a VERY short drive, or a 10 minute walk on the golf course paths. Easy check-in and plenty of amenities, including the pool.

Great location and host

We had a great time staying at David’s townhouse while attending a wedding at Samoset Resort. The house was in great condition, perfect location, and had excellent amenities. We used the neighborhood pool and walked to the Samoset golf course. David was very communicative and helpful.

We traveled to our favorite town/resort for our 20th wedding anniversary celebration with family. On this occasion, we decided to stay in a home on the Samoset Resort Property in Rockland, Maine. Contacting the host was easy, conversation/updates/property information was seamless, and the property itself was everything that we hoped it would be. This is a quiet and peaceful setting, with access to the resort amenities such as the grounds, lighthouse walk and restaurants. We were very comfortable and able to relax from our busy day to day schedules. The rooms/beds were comfortable and clean, kitchen well stocked, and the ping pong table in the garage was a bonus! We would certainly return for another vacation.

This property is located in a beautiful, peaceful setting with easy access to surrounding towns, shops, restaurants, and activities. The house and its furnishings were perfect for our group of 5. And we enjoyed the screened porch. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-appointed. We also appreciated having access to some of the amenities on the property - restaurant, spa, fitness center. For walkers, it is a very safe place to walk.David, our host, was very responsive both before and during our stay. Email responses were immediate or less than 24 hours.We all agreed that if back in the area, we would definitely try to stay at this property again.

Sweet Cottage on the Maine Midcoast

The home is lovely and well maintained. David our host was amazing, responding to our questions and providing us with information on the town, dinning, beaches etc. We were a party of 5 adults and an infant going to a Wedding at the Samoset. Wonderful 4th of July getaway!!

My family of 6 stayed at David and Barri's beautiful rental for the week of July 4th and we had an amazing experience! They were more than accommodating and very flexible, as we had to make some date changes. We were greeted by a bottle of wine and some other goodies upon arrival and had a very comfortable stay overall. We will definitely be back!!

Awesome townhouse in Rockland, ME

The house was perfect for our party of four friends. Plenty of space, kitchen stocked with plenty of cookware, full pantry and super clean. It felt like being in a home. Highly recommended.
