Tranquil artist studio, set in mission canyon with lots of natural light, overlooking succulent garden. Large studio space with wood-burning stove, a deep soak bath tub, an efficient mini-kitchen, air-conditioning, automatic shades, built-in cabinetry. It's just a short walk to miles of hiking trails and a 9 minute drive to grocery stores. Perfect place to write--there's a large work space table. It's in a gated estate. there's a built-in twin bed, and a pull-out sofa bed. There's a patio area for sitting, quiet garden with oak trees and birds.
