Very private with private entrance completely removed from the main house and located on a two-acre parcel, This one-bedroom with living room and kitchenette offers all the comforts of home and more! Just a short 3-minute drive to the beach or 5 minutes to downtown Santa Barbara where you will find many points of interest. The expansive deck offers a comfortable place to relax and take in the incredible view and fresh smell of the Pacific Ocean, along with a good book and glass of wine. Wonderful views!

Great location, close to beach, restaurants on Cabrillo and just several minutes from state street. Property is on the small side but has everything you need. I stayed for six weeks and enjoyed my stay. Owner lives on the property and she is delightful.

Ocean Vista

We had a very enjoyable stay. The view of the ocean from the deck with the sunrise each morning, the garden property, the unit and Hiroko the owner all made our experience enjoyable. Having a washer and dryer available was convenient. We were worried about the lack of a full kitchen, but found that it included an instapot, hotplate, and pots and pans that could all be utilized to make up for the lack of a stove top. All good!

Beautiful Studio!

The view at this property is amazing! It is quiet, well maintained, and cozy, with a beautiful view of the Santa Barbara harbor. I loved waking up every morning of my stay to the sound of running water from the coy pond in the perfectly manicured backyard. We had excellent and responsive service from the property managers.
