🏖️ Beach chairs already set up at the shoreline when you arrive — 2 chairs + umbrella included (March–October). You won't spend your first hour hauling gear down to the sand.
📶 WiFi 6 at 500 Mbps — fast enough for remote work, 4K streaming, and video calls from the balcony without a single buffer.
