Private Gated Beach Walkover for this 4th floor penthouse/condominium with 2 bedrooms plus a 3rd separate bunk bedroom. Built-in 1999. Could sleep up to 7 people with a king-size bed in the master, 2 twin beds in the 2nd, 2 bunk beds in the 3rd bed/bunk room that would be perfect for 2 kids, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico.

Located near restaurants, shopping, bike & walk beach path/trail, beach park, private beach area renting chairs & umbrellas in the quieter area of Miramar Beach (east Destin). Less than 150’ to the private beach and gated dune walkover just across the 2-lane beach road (30 mph) called Scenic Gulf Drive.

Super location for the whole family because it's midway between Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, and the unique shops of Sandestin and Destin Commons for the gals and the fishing charters and the 7 Destin golf courses for the guys, plus the Big Kahuna's Water Park and The Track Amusement Park for the kids, yet away from all the traffic of downtown Destin.

Clean, convenient, and affordable!

Some friends and I stayed for a few days and found the property to be clean and comfortable, close to shopping, and a short walk to the beach. Communication with the host was a positive experience. Would rent again

Wonderful vacation

The property was very nice and clean. Beach across the street. There will be a good bit of stairs to go down to get to the beach from the gate at street level. The pool on the property is very nice. We enjoyed the quiet nature of the location seemed to be very family friendly. We would stay here again.

Happy place

Place was neat and clean, easy access to the private beach. We spent most of the time at the beach so only used the place for breakfast, showers and sleep time. TVs at night time.

Perfect vacation!!

Our family had an incredible spring break. The Condo was clean, stocked with everything we needed. Jody was available to answer any and all questions that we had during our stay. The condo complex is older, but well maintained. The location is PERFECT!! We will Definitely return to Ciboney!!

The property was very nice and the view was gorgeous. Short walk to beach!!! We didn’t get a chance to go to pool but it looked great!! It felt like home

Check in was a breeze! The place very clean and put together when we got there. We primarily cooked our meals there and the kitchen had all the amenities to cook. The closets also had beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for our young kids to play with, which was a pleasant surprise! The location is truly close to the beach. Just a short walk and you’re there! Overall, this was a great place to stay. One of the rooms does have bunk beds (as seen in the photo’s) but without side rails, our younger kids could not stay in that room. Not a deal breaker, but would have been nice. Jody was also great! She even called in the middle of our stay to make sure we had everything we needed.

Overall great stay!

Easy booking, Jody was always in touch and helpful with everything to make the stay go smoothly. A few things could have been done as far as cleanliness like some dishes weren't scrubbed before wash (last people who stayed), oven door had something sticky that ran down and dust but overall nothing horrifying. We just rehashed some stuff and wiped some things down. View was great, very short walk to the beach which was fantastic. Community was nice, very close to many attractions and restraunts. Thank you Jody for letting us stay at your condo. We had a great time and memories to last a lifetime.

Fabulous week

The condo was exactly as pictured. It was clean and had everything we needed for a week of fun in the sun. It was nicely decorated. It was a perfect home away from home! We would certainly stay there again. Owner was quick to respond to any concerns we had. Make sure you have a parking "permit" visible in your dash or you will get a bright orange sticker affixed to your car. Ray (the owners father) literally lives across the fence and is able to come immediately if there are any problems.

Florida stay

Would have booked somewhere else if i would have know the extent of us cleaning before leaving the condo. We had to do laundry and do all the dishes and put them all away. Ridiculous especially whem we had 3 kids with us to pack up etc. Not that we would have left them a mess, but why am i paying cleaning fees etc if i have to do it all before i leave. I get load the dishwasher, gather dirty linens, take trash out etc .

Awesome!

We arrived am hour early and Ms. Jody was kind enough to let us in, condo was already clean and waiting for us. We had a minor set back when our fridge was not cooling and we had already purchased groceries but Ms. Jody helped us with the issue and even sent us videos on how to work it, then at one point our lock's battery went out and Ms. Jody again sent someone out to replace batteries. Luckily, we had a pontoon rental so we were not bothered by it, by the time we made it home, the lock was working again. The condo was clean and had a home feeling. We were able to see the beach from our bedroom balcony and location was great for a quick grab and eat. Awesome place at an awesome price.

Why they chose this property

My father, Ray moved to Destin in 1979 and we followed him thereafter to the newly discovered town of Destin. We fell in love with it and thought of it as a hidden gem. Now known to the world we have decided to share our joy with others. Jody lived in Destin from 1991- 2002 and now goes there about every 3 months to work on the rental properties and see old friends.
