Cabo Bello development is located just 3.5 miles from downtown Cabo on the touristic corridor. It offers a swimmable beach cove which is the only other option outside of Medano Beach within the heart of Cabo and in addition is Cabo's ONLY surf break known as, "Monuments" which is within few minute walk or drive. A few restaurants are within a short walk and/or drive which are, Villa Serena, Estrella Del Mar, Puerta Vieja, Sunset Da' Mona Lisa, Sunset Lounge and Sancho Panza. Also within an arms reach is The Thompson hotel which has spa services to take in and bars/restaurants known The Ledge, Lobby Bar, Manta, Point Break and The Roof Top. There are also 2 gyms within 1/4 of a mile of the villa, a Hot Yoga Studio and small market with hard to find items from the US, in addition to a Vinoteca liquor store and a small convenient store.

As you approach CASA AGAVE you will notice the newly painted exterior, and interior designer paint and all new exterior stone arranged in particularly precious architecturally created design. You will enjoy the access to your private 2 car garage.

Walking up the stairs to your front door you will notice the all new exterior lighted walk area and landscaping, with new palms, natural bamboo, Agave plants and chandelier over your stone archway offering an amazing curbside appeal with more lighting than any other house on the block.

As you enter the Villa to your left you will find an all new kitchen with GE Stainless appliances, granite counter tops and a completely appointed kitchen with everything you will need to prepare your culinary masterpieces.

Off the kitchen you will find a granite bar with bar stools for light snacks and a large exquisite dinning room table with seating for 6 all with the colors accented theme through out the house of White, Cobalt Blue and Chocolate Brown.

Next to the dinning area you will find a living room and sitting area with a wall mounted 55" and High Quality Surround Sound Stereo System by Harman-Kardon. Our speaker systems allow for listening inside as well as outside by the pool and BBQ area.

Off the Large spacious living area you will open direct to large glass doors with access directly to your private pool and deck area with spacious views of the Sea of Cortez. Enjoy some lounges, a dining area in Vibrate White and Electric Blue, as well a full bar area and complete large built-in Stainless grill, outdoor sink and fridge to keep the pool party going. As you enter back into the house on the first floor you will find the large spacious bedroom with a Large wall mounted flat screen provided by Dish Network. The bedroom is appointed with your Queen Pillow Top Bed and highest quality bedding and comforters.

Each room is provided with independent air-conditioning controls and ceiling fans. Off each bedroom and this first floor bedroom you will find your all new bathroom all with new Granite counter tops, double sinks and a glass shower enclosure featuring natural white stone flowing tile and accessories. The highest quality Bamboo/Turkish linens
or similar, provided to compliment the the rest of all of the villas upgrades.

Continuing out of the first floor bedroom you will find the newer 1/2 bath powder room with new granite and all new accessories which is perfect for those using the pool and/or just for visiting guests.

As you head to the back of the house you will pass the laundry room (washer/dryer), and you will continue outside the back yard of the house to a private breakfast nook with outdoor seating for 4, surrounded by natural bamboo to enjoy the start of your day. Your breakfast nook provides direct access to the kitchen to serve your designer breakfast.

Directly off the outdoor breakfast area you will find stable and new steps heading up to the roof top area, where you will find expansive views of the Sea of Cortez and off to Lands End. As you head back into the villa to the second floor you will find a sitting and reading area on the second floor landing with a large dimmable chandelier in the entry way.

Off the landing you will find two bedrooms both with wall mounted 70" flat screens with Dish Network. The bedroom on the left is the Master which has a high quality King pillow top mattress. The master bath offers a super over sized space with granite tops, double sinks, large chandelier and make up area. The shower boasts natural tile stone with modern glass doors. Off the bedroom you can take a step out on the outdoor terrace with expansive views of the Sea of Cortez with elegant furniture on the deck and ample shade provided by a natural hand woven pergola.

To the right you will find the third bedroom (rather a 2nd master) with it's own private bathroom, with granite counter tops, double sinks and a white natural stone in the shower with glass doors.

As well you will find a wall mounted 70" TV with Dish Network along with two high quality single pillow top beds that can be combined to form a King, if desired. As with each bedroom on this floor, you may walk directly on to the outdoor terrace with lots of space and blue water views of the Sea of Cortez.

All bedding in each bedroom has been designer picked with the highest quality material being used for comfort and design appeal. You will find the fashionable designer coordinating colors accented through the house.

The house boast High Speed Wireless Internet. Including Free calls globally and local phone service is provided as well.

For getting around, one can take advantage of the public transportation system, rent a vehicle, take a taxi or call an Uber.

We highly suggest that all clients look into a 3rd party travel insurance policy that covers your flight(s) and the property rental costs in case of any unforeseen emergencies...We want all parties to be protected and although our side has been VERY fair in the past & present with clientele, we also feel this is a responsibility of the end user as when we travel we protect our vacation and expenses through these means so it's duly justified. There's many options available and most our at a minimal expense.

*An extra pet fee of up to $50 usd daily may apply for short term rentals and all is based on bilateral acceptance and varies depending on the length of the booking term/amount and type of pet.

In addition, our holiday policy is as follows, Christmas and New Years Eve can not be booked together without booking a minimum of 14 nights and/or we will not allow less than 7 nights for either taking Christmas and/or New Years Eve and we require a departure for a Christmas booking not past the 29th unless New Years Eve is already booked. Furthermore for a New Years Eve booking, we do not allow an arrival before the 27th unless Christmas Day is already booked. For clarification please ask before performing an "instant booking" or you may be required to cancel.
