Welcome to La Casa del Sol Naciente !

La Casa del Sol Naciente is situated in the prestigious hillside of Cascadas in Pedregal which overlooks downtown San Lucas. This gorgeous 4 bedroom condo is exactly what you need for the perfect Cabo vacation! It is a 10-15 minute walk from the condo to downtown San Lucas. You will have access to 2 community pools and jacuzzis that offer loungers, tables and chairs with umbrellas for relaxation. Nothing is better than coming back from downtown after a long day at the beach, marina, or shopping, and just relaxing pool side or from the condo with an unbelievable view!

When you walk into La Casa del Sol Naciente, you will feel right at home! The condo provides everything that you could possibly need whether you are on vacation, business for work, or both! The condo offers a little something for everyone to ensure you have a great time and enjoy!

You will find 2 master bedrooms located off the left side of the kitchen. The front master bedroom provides a King size bed with usb ports on the night stands, pocket sliding doors that open all the way for easy access to the terrace, TV with Dish US, and an ensuite bathroom with walk in closet. The bathroom provides a walk in tile shower and a jacuzzi tub for those days or nights that you want to soak and just relax. Bath and Beach towels are provided as well as a blow dryer.

The 2nd master bedroom is located behind the front master and this bedroom provides a King size bed with ample closet space, TV with Dish US, and ensuite bathroom with walk in tile shower. Bath and Beach towels are provided.

The kitchen/dining room and living room are located centrally in the condo to maximize the view of downtown San Lucas and the view of the Ocean! This way if you are eating breakfast at the dining table or out on the terrace, you will get to experience the Cabo sunrise!

The kitchen is outfitted for any chef or guest that loves to cook! You will find a complete spice rack and the basic essentials to start off our vacation! The kitchen has a purification system , so the water is safe to drink. There is also a wet bar that provides additional supply of ice, wine fridge to keep beers and wine cool, and a sink with purified water!

On the right side of the condo, the 2 guest bedrooms are located. The first bedroom when you walk into the condo is outfitted with a King size bed, closet space, and TV with netflix. The next bedroom provides a full size bed and single bed with closet space, and TV with netflix. There is a full size bathroom located near both of the bedrooms that has a walk in tile shower for guests to use.

The terrace provides 2 loungers with a table, seating for 4 with table, and fire pit to sit back, relax, enjoy a glass of wine, and watch the nightlife of downtown San Lucas!

This condo has exactly what you are looking for-- location, view, and all the essentials to have a relaxing, memorable vacation!

Full concierge is provided as well for transportation, pre arrival groceries, welcome services, activities, chef services, special celebration requests, and more!

Please note that this is a residential community and that they do not tolerate any loud noise after 10 pm. Please be mindful and respectful of the community. No loud music, talking etc during your stay and if after 10 pm-- please keep it indoors. If security is called to the property, they can issue fines that can be 1000 usd or higher and will be the responsibility of the renter.

A beautiful property that has all the accommodations that you would need. The views and sunrises were the most amazing. The property manager is helpful 24/7 as well as the recommended driver. My party of 8 had an awesome time and fit comfortably. Another perk was access to the washer and dryer and the 2 pools on the property.

Great Property with a view!

We had an amazing stay at this property from January 23–28, 2025! The home was beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kristen, the Property Manager, was very responsive and made the booking process seamless. On-site manager Pablo was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. We highly recommend this property and would love to return in the future!

Lovely apartment and great host

It is a beautiful apartment with lovely views of the city and marina. It’s a great workout/walk to go over the hill to Pedregal Beach to see the sunset from the apartment as long as you are ok walking on hills. Getting in and out of the property is very steep and bumpy so ensure you have a low gear and/or an SUV. We enjoyed the fire pit and the swimming pool.

We have stayed at this development multiple times. The location of the unit was perfect, the privacy of the pool remains a family favorite, to include the ability to go over to the private beach sites. Walking downtown remains easy, and the local Host staff was attentive and extremely responsive. It was a turnkey trip.

Great stay!!!

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Casa del sol naciente. The location was great and the condo was impeccable. I definitely recommend blinds for the back bedrooms. It’s a bit bright for midday napping. The grounds were so lovely and the service we received was wonderful.

Amazing view!

This VRBO property is fantastic! Great view of the Marina and the bay beyond. I highly recommend this property to anyone interested. Just a suggestion: I would have the property manager meet you downtown and follow him to the property. Enjoy!

Great Condo in Pedregal!

I couldn't have been more impressed with this condo. Everything was very nice and well maintained. The views are outstanding, the pool was very nice and property management was great to work with and very helpful! Deny gave us a great tour of the condo when we arrived. Gloria and Antonio made us a delicious dinner our first night there and the leftovers were great to have the rest of the week to snack on. I would definitely stay here again!

More than advertised

If there is a rating above 5*, this property should receive it. It was all that was advertised and more. The staff was outstanding and at beck and call no matter what. The management team was excellent. View and location just added to the total package perfection. I love VRBO and once again they hit it out of the park!!

Vacation

We enjoyed our spring family vacation very much! The apartment was amazing, very spacious and very well designed! The pool and jacuzzi were a most and we used it every day. Kristen and Federico were very helpful with all the information, resources and services. The complex is up the hill and views are amazing. Getting down to downtown area is easy more like 20 min walk, but uphill for some people might be challenging. Uber works fantastic for getting home after dinner in town

Beautiful view

Loved the property and the community pool was private for us. No one else in pool and we swam every morning. View was spectacular. If you are on foot it is quite a walk to town and a 40 minute walk to modeno beach. Highly recommend a car or be prepared to Uber or use the green vans if you have several people. Kristin was very accommodating as far as some special request we asked for

Group Trip with Friends

Myself and 6 friends loved staying at Las Cascadas 722! The condo was spacious, clean, well stocked with seasonings and silverware/cooking equipment. The walk down the hill to town was doable but we used Uber to get back up (roughly $5). Deny welcomed us with open arms, communicated well, and was very helpful with recommendations. The grill was full of propane and the fire pit was perfect for the evenings. Additionally the residents were very friendly and enjoyed the presence of the renters. We will definitely be back!

Guys Getaway

We rented this wonderful condo for 5 a day "guys" getaway to do some fishing and spend some time in the sun. The view is amazing, and the condo is well equipped with everything you need. The area is quiet, and we spent several days at the pool with no other guests in sight. Denis was fantastic upon arrival and even offered to run out and get additional items that we had forgotten on our grocery stop. The trek into town is a bit steep, but we used frequent Ubers to get us to town and the marina for about 90 pesos per trip. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Mexico experience

My family and I just finished our stay here. The pictures are exactly what you get. The team went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. From helping us plan excursions to setting up a chef and welcome experience. I would recommend this place to everyone. The hill is fairly steep, but the Ubers are cheap if you don’t want to make the trek. Wouldn’t say this place is very kid/baby friendly, but we made it work regardless and would still do it all over again if I could.

Great and safe stay in Pedregal

This was the first time we did not stay at a resort in Cabo and we really enjoyed the experience. The property is in a safe and secure neighborhood at the top of the hill in Pedregal. Ubers were able to pick up and drop us off (they're required to check in and check out with security). The property itself looks relatively new and is furnished with high quality furniture pieces. There is a nice pool + jacuzzi just two floors down that we used every day. ~20 min walk downhill to the beginning of downtown Cabo. Frederico (who works at the property management company) was amazing – such a nice and happy person, and he made himself available for whatever we needed. He was present with us both at check in and check out. Don't hesitate to book!

Wonderful vacation!

This is a beautiful property. We loved our stay. The views from the balcony are amazing! We loved the pool and hot tub. Deny, the property concierge, was so helpful and friendly. Everything is within walking distance, however, you will be going up steep sidewalks, brick stairs and uneven pavement on the way to town. The road to the property winds around and is a good workout. Bring comfortable walking shoes. We wore athletic shoes everywhere, as we walked to town everyday. The cabs to the property are $30. We never felt unsafe walking to the downtown area. We ordered groceries ahead of time through the Prickly Pear (instructions were emailed from the property mangager) and that worked out great. There is filtered ice and water in the kitchen. We would recommend this property to our friends. Tips: 1. We recommend Casa Martin restaurant which is within walking distance. 2. To get to the free swimmable public beach, go to the marina and walk around the sidewalk to the east side. You can walk right onto the beach there. We rented an umbrella for $20 from a local vendor. 3. We brought pesos and that was helpful. Most places take a credit card, too. 4. If you can, go whale watching! Incredible experience. If you ever get motion sickness, take Dramamine ahead of time.
