Our North facing property is the coolest of all three of our properties, as the master bedroom and living space is in the shade most of the year. The entry patio offers sunny mornings into the afternoon.

Your owner and innkeeper live within the community and the neighbors also keep a close eye. Security cameras are on the front exterior of the premises. Noise complaints from the on site security, personal communications from neighbors to your Innkeeper regarding violations or noticeable rule violations by your Innkeeper, will result in fines with an escalating value. Excessive noise or parties will NOT be tolerated. If you are found to be doing either, your security deposit will be immediately forfeited and you will be required to leave the premises at that time. NO SMOKING of any kind is permitted inside the residence. This includes, cigarettes, cigars, vaping of any kind. NO illicit drug use is permitted on the property. Violation of these rules, will result in substantial fines.
Unauthorized Late check outs will result in an immediate doubled cleaning fee, as well as possible additional charges

Nothing fancy, but the beds were comfy (very important), the household necessities were stocked, the house & linens were clean & the jacuzzi was within walking distance. It was perfect for our family’s weeklong stay. The host was responsive to my questions; would definitely recommend!
We had a great time staying at Chris and Jillian’s condo! It was well stocked, clean, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Check in and communication were great. The short walk to the pool was perfect with a toddler. Overall we had a wonderful time and would stay again!
We had a great stay! The condo was well stocked, comfortable and spacious. The patio was perfect for eating outside and had a beautiful view of the golf course. The pool was near by and an easy walk from the condo. We will definitely be staying again on future Palm Springs trips!
This unit is in a very good location. We felt safe, the grounds were well kept and we were able to play the Monterey Golf Course. The master bath had good lighting and there were ample supplies. The unit is very light with big windows and skylights. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet there with a view of the golf course.
Great spot for a golf trip. Our hosts connected us so that we could play on the Monterrey course. What a great experience. Thank you Chris for making it so easy.We hope to stay there again.
Spacious home, overlooking a golf course in the back, with an outdoor dining area and a grapefruit tree in the front. It is clean, well-appointed and the comfortable king beds were a plus. We were only there 2 nights, so didn't get to enjoy all the amenities, but would definitely come back.
The property is well maintained and the furniture looks new and fresh. The beds are great in both rooms. The best of all is the outside entertainment area on the golf course.
