This was a nice house for our purposes. Plenty of bedrooms! Any issues were resolved quickly and efficiently.

Enjoyed our stay and the location. Would be nice to have a couple of fish rags in the kitchen and there were a couple of spindles on the railing that were loose on some of the decks and the gate to the pool. Loved how close it was to the beach and loved the elevator that made unpacking and leaving a lot easier!
Upon arrival, the house was not clean. There was dog hair all over the sofa and bedding. There was sand all over the floor and in the sheets. Mold was in one of the showers on the fourth floor. The oven was not working in the kitchen. The BIGGEST problem was the air conditioner on the second floor (kitchen/master bedroom) was not working. We called four times to get this fixed and they did nothing. So, for 7 nights, we slept in a bedroom with NO A/C! Completely unacceptable when spending 18k on this rental. So disappointing.

We are happy to report that s soon as we were notified about the cleaning, we immediately sent a cleaner to refresh the property. For the HVAC issue, our team came out to troubleshoot, and when it required further expertise, we brought in a specialty HVAC vendor. After their repair, we received no further reports, and we can assure future guests there are no outstanding A/C issues. We regret that your experience fell short of expectations and appreciate your comments, as they help us continue to improve and ensure the best possible stays for all guests.
This house is right on the highway in the front.. it’s a busy and noisy road and you do hear it inside the house and at the pool. I was nervous when the kids and dog was out even on a leash. It can be tricky to pull out of the driveway at times. The house was good but the stairs are killer.. The elevator did work for the most part but one of our party did get stuck in it one time. Probably user error.. The grill needs to be replaced as most of the burners do not light and the ceiling fan in the living room would nit turn on. Maintenance was notified but could not get it fixed before we left. Needs more lounging area in the downstairs area.. we had 20 people and only had seating for about 7. Also was told it had more than one pullout sofa and it does not so be aware. All in all we had a good time and the view was fabulous from the decks! Thanks for having us.
furniture in the house is not up to par with this type house chairs are to small and to low to the ground need a better equiptment in the kitchen larger pots and pansand cooking utinsels

I am so sorry that you did not like the two chairs in the living room. There is also a couch that is quite comfortable and we have honestly not received a complaint/concern about the furniture in this newly built home that was furnished by a professional interior decorator. The living room and dining room are a open concept with plenty of seating at the table and bar seating at the island. The kitchen is fully stocked with new pots and pans of all sizes. If you wanted something particular that was not in the home, a quick email or call to our office and we would have added it into the inventory. I wish you would you have left a review on your stay that would be more informational for the next guest to see. I hope you had a wonderful stay!
