- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed

*The elevator is residential grade and may occasionally experience disruptions. Our staff will do all we can to repair any issues and get the elevator functional again. However, if an elevator repair tech/Company is needed repair times can extend several days due to our remote location. If you have someone in your party with mobility issues please plan accordingly as this amenity cannot be guaranteed.

Nice Family Vacation

The house had plenty of room for our 8 people to enjoy. The kitchen was well equip to cook for our large group. Nice seating outdoors to enjoy the views.

Family vaca

We enjoyed our stay, the only complaint would be that it would have been nice to have blinds on the doors in the bedrooms. We had thunderstorms every night so it was very bright in the room. Other than that the house was fabulous!

Memory Maker for dure

The Memory Maker is in a great location between Mexico Beach and Port St. Joe. The Beach and water were perfect for anything you wanted to do. A private stretch of beach with only 6-8 houses on the whole stretch of beach so you don’t have to worry about crowds. The water is shallow enough for young kids to play in for approximately 50yds out. Calm water for kayaking or just floating on a tube. We caught fish from the beach and waded out to cast into deeper water. Plenty of crabs to entertain you at night. The house has everything you need to be comfortable and relaxed. Fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful decks to sit and watch the ocean. I would definitely go back

Memory Maker beach house

The house was great! Very spacious and well equipped. The elevator was a great asset for one of our friends and for loading luggage. The pictures on the site were spot on. We thought we would be on the gulf but the property is on the bay. The view was beautiful but we were not able to enjoy the beach because of biting flies and the water was stinky. I don't know if that was due to the time of the year or if it is like that all the time due to it being on the bay.

Hi Denise, Thank you for staying with us. This home is actually not on the bay. It is a gulf front home on St Joe Beach however it is closer to the bay area so it is similar to Mexico Beach but just with less waves, This is not the grassy bay area most people think of when they hear "bay". The pictures of the beach are accurate for the home. Im not sure why the water was "stinky" as we dont normally have any issues with that in our area. Certain times of year we will have more of the biting flies in our area. Unfortunately this year we did see a larger number of them than we do most. We hope you enjoyed your stay with us and come back to stay with us soon.

Awesome trip and great fishing.

House was awesome, well equipped, and had plenty of room for our group. I would just suggest leaving more towels for guest. We each had one set for our 4 day stay, so had to wash towels.

Gorgeous in the most socially distanced way.

The beach is tremendous. Very private, very pretty, and easy to access. The pictures of the many rooms are very accurate. At first, I was concerned the photos let the rooms appear larger than they are. I was happily proven wrong. The living room is huge. The kitchen is large (with a great (!) ice maker), and the upstairs master bedroom is incredibly big - complete with a kitchenette. Each floor has it's own balcony - great for watching sunsets.

Ideas to make any stay better.

1. Not enough towels. Other homes we stayed provided 3 nice towels per person. 2. Amenities. Other homes provide body wash for every full bath and hand liquid soap. Bars of soap have problems of sand sticking to it. 3.Would be nice to be able to sit on porch during the rain. 4. Blankets would be nice. One per bedroom. 5. Spare sheets for futon beds. 6. House floors were Sandy on arrival. Master tub did not look clean. 7. Tell guests to put out garbage cans on Mondays since garbage trucks come before 8:00 EST ON Tuesdays.

Hi Pat, We do notify our guests in the final instructions email as well as our contract that we only provide 1 towel per guest the home sleeps and suggest that our guests may want to bring extra towels for the beach and etc. I apologize that there was no body wash or liquid hand soap as we provide all cleaners with these amenities for our homes for every reservation. If you would have contacted our office we could have brought some out to you quickly. Im not sure what you mean by "would be nice to sit on the porch during the rain" as there are 2 covered decks at the home. The home also provides blankets for all beds as these are in the home. We do not advertise the pull out bed as a sleeping arrangement for guests so we do not provide sheets for this. We do not require guests to bring cans to the road for pick up. Our maintenance staff does this for every pick up and will pull them back to the home once completed. We only ask that guests do not move cans on the day of pick up to avoid trash not being picked up. I am sorry you experienced any cleaning issues upon arrival. We ask that all guests contact us so we can address any maintenance/cleaning issues quickly to resolve the issues. We could have sent the cleaner back out to clean the areas for you. We hope you enjoyed your trip despite these issues and hope you will use No Worries again for your next vacation. Thank you for your review.
