Introducing Purple Rain, a newly constructed beachside retreat designed to be the perfect vacation destination for your family. Located on the beach side of Highway 98, this home offers easy access to the sugar-white sandy beaches—no need to cross a busy road.

This spacious home features a fully stocked kitchen with a wet bar, a large and comfortable living room, five bedrooms, and four and a half bathrooms, providing plenty of space for everyone. Step outside and enjoy your own private pool, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The home is also equipped with Wi-Fi and smart TVs throughout for convenient streaming.

Sleeping accommodations include three king-size beds, one queen-size bed, and a twin bunk bed, making this home ideal for families or groups. The open-concept floor plan allows you to socialize with guests while preparing meals, and the wet bar in the kitchen area is perfect for enjoying your favorite beverages.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures. You may also use the advanced rental payment for a future booking and avoid the cancellation fee. Please call our office if you would like to make arrangements.

Host was welcoming. House was nice. Some amenities could have been better. Grills were falling apart (literally). Pool was great and maintained heat during the cold! VERY close to the beach and the grounds were well kept. Overall a very wonderful stay!

Great open second level with living room and kitchen. Love how 3 of the bedrooms have their own bathroom worked great for our family! Great pool, lots of seating outside & shed with toys, chairs, etc.

Easy access to beach

The house is in a great location with easy access to the beach. Rooms were lovely. Easy access to very good restaurants. Mango Marleys, the Shell shack, and killer seafood are very close. Love our time here as a family

Mexico Beach has been my vacation grounds since 1970.

Beautiful late season temps with none of the crowds. Loved the check out. Pool was great and well utilized. Love you guys!

Purple Rain

This was our first time to Mexico Beach & we loved it. The house was lovely. It has the perfect amount of room for us and our grown children to have their own space. We hope that with the redevelopment more eating places will come back.

Purple Rain

We stayed here last year and have already scheduled our reservation for next year. This place is perfect! There were a few issues with the pool, but the folks at Forgotten Coast handled it very efficiently and kept in contact with us. My granddaughters are already asking if we can go back to the "Purple House" at the beach!

Excellent stay

The Purple Rain is exactly as described. Very clean and comfortable for 2 adults and 4 teens. The location is very convenient with a very short walk to the beach. We cook a lot of our own meals and found everything we needed. The weather was typical for March and switching between AC and heat was no problem. A quick phone. all to the property manager and our pool was heated too. When I couldn't figure out the three TV remotes, the office staff politely walked me through the process and offered to stop by if we needed more assistance. It was a great vacation and we will stat here again if we find ourselves in Mexico Beach.
