Minimum Age: The primary guest booking the property must be 25 years old or older. Failure to meet this requirement may result in reservation termination.
- Quiet Hours: ALL hours are quiet hours. Please respect our neighbors at all times.
- No Parties: Absolutely no parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
- Undisclosed Guests: Failure to register guests will result in a $500 fine per person and immediate reservation termination without a refund.
- Smoking & Parking
- Smoking: Strictly no smoking inside the property.
- Fine: Indoor smoking results in a severe $3,000 penalty.
- Smoking is permitted outside only.
- Parking: Do not park cars on the street—they will be towed at the guest's expense.
*Patio is shared with the front unit

- Due to severe allergies, we only allow dogs. Cats are strictly prohibited.
- Please advise us if you are bringing a dog.
- Pet Fee: Applies per pet: $25/day, $150/week, or $300/month.

- No pets on furniture, beds, or in the pool.
- Crating: Pets must be crated when left alone at the property.
- Cleanup: Pet waste must be picked up and disposed of immediately from the yard/property.
- Dogs over 25 lbs require prior verification and approval.
*ADDITIONAL FEES MAY OCCUR IF THERE ARE ANY DAMAGES BY THE PET.
