The space:
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate. All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out.
POOL|SPA: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee) This will include spa heating.
Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. (On demand only, must be turned off after use)
Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
Pool and spa can not be heated at the same time. If one is heating, the other one is not. Please notify us when you are finished with the spa so that we can keep the heat going in the pool.
Payment can be made via Airbnb or another form of payment.
**Most of the year, heating is not needed except for the winter months upon request.
PARKING: 1 space in the garage. 1-2 spaces in driveway, depending on size of vehicles.
CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS: Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide a pack and play and a high chair, complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour advanced notice. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance. Please reach out to our team for details. Please note: Fees will apply for those items. Payable directly to the vendor.

GYM ACCESS: There is a gym that can be accessed by guests, it is approximately 1 mile away from the home. More information will be accessible upon booking. Thank you
The desert can be extremely windy. Please close umbrellas to avoid damage and injury when not in use.
Per City ordinance, music outdoors must be played via cell phone or laptop level, and quiet outdoor hours after 10 pm.
CHECKOUT DUTIES: if you could kindly start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.
