Brand new 1,650 sq ft home in Laguna Shores Resort! Open concept with all tile floors. Double sliding doors in the great room. 75" TV in great room with American DirecTV. Smart TV's in all 3 bedrooms. American VPN, and fiber optic wifi. Fully stocked kitchen with US appliances, reverse osmosis system, air fryer, ice maker, drawer warmer, dish washer, full sized refrigerator/freezer with ice and water dispenser on door, crock pot, and tons of plates/cups. Full sized washer/dryer from the US in laundry room with shelving units for pantry. Basic spices provided in kitchen. Bar with wine glasses, ice bucket, and shot glasses. Private backyard pool with negative edge and large baja step for lounging. Pool has seating on 3 sides for everyone’s comfort in or out of the pool.
