Perfect for experiencing a Chicago neighborhood

The location is great, lots of good restaurants plus shops for anything you might need. The property had everything I needed for a comfortable week long stay. Also, quiet during this holiday week. Will definitely stay again.

Great location & Host Communication

Was in town for an extension of a business trip and decided to stay in my old neighborhood (which never disappoints). Demitri was amazing with check-in/check-out instructions and responded quickly to my messages. So many nearby great places to grab all types of food and so close to the lake. It is a walk-up building so not too bad, but worth it!

Convenient, cozy, comfortable in Lakeview

We spent three nights and the place was perfect. Clean, convenient, cozy and very comfortable for our needs. The space is compact, but just what we needed. If you want a comfortable and convenient apartment in a fun part of town, you can beat this one. The bed was so comfortable! The host was lovely and warm. He communicated every step of the way and we knew he was near if we needed anything. Great Vrbo experience. Highly recommended!

Just what I needed

Cute 1 bedroom. Building and location is very quiet and convenient to lake view area. Located on 2 nd floor of a walk up older building. Well appointed with coffee and creamer shampoo/ conditioner, and the extras that you don’t feel like buying for a short stay ie oil oil, salt/ pepper. Etc. property mangers very responsive

Great location and nice apartment

Really great location within walking distance of tons of shops, restaurants, and even the amazing lake shore trail. Host gave super clear building entry instructions which was greatly appreciated. Clean, comfy, and reminded us of our first apartment many years ago just north of here in Buena Park. Really enjoyed our weekend here! What also felt familiar from that apartment was the parking situation. The host noted free street parking which is totally accurate, but because it is close to Wrigley if you aren't familiar with the area it could be hard to find a permit-free street. Almost everything easy of Broadway is permit-free and you should find a spot if there isn't a Cubs game going on. We had no trouble finding a spot here and just wanted to give a pro-tip to anyone booking this place that isn't familiar with Chicago already to save you time driving around.
