Lake Norman house in quiet neighborhood

Enjoy our house in a peaceful Lake Norman Cove located between downtown Denver and Mooresville, NC. Local traffic in the neighborhood makes for a quiet street to walk/exercise. Only 5 minutes from groceries, gas and restaurants by car. A short boat ride to several restaurants on the lake make this a perfect spot for your family / friend vacation. Dock on the water is available for tying up your boat during your visit. We also have a couple of kayaks to enjoy the calm and peaceful canal of Lake Norman. As noted in our reviews, we pride ourselves on keeping a very clean house for our guests.

This place is Awesome! Clean and charming from the decor to the location, to the communication from the Host, was everything we could have asked for! Spectacular Kitchen and Bathrooms! Quiet Serene Neighborhood on the Lake, Loved sitting on the deck drinking my morning coffee while listening to the birds and watching the squirrels play. I Highly recommend this property and Host! Thank you Jeff for sharing this Special place with us, we would not hesitate staying here again!

Places was extremely clean! We stayed with 4 kids ages 1,3,5,& 8 and the set up was perfect for kids that age. Large closet in master with a vent in there perfect to put a pack and play for a baby. Check in and out was easy. Stocked with laundry detergent, trash bags etc. We will book it again next time we’re in town! Games, DVDs, and building blocks in the basement for the kids.

The house is beautiful AND clean. Kitchen was well stocked with every dish one could possibly need. Beds were comfortable, however, the bunk beds are not safe, especially for young kids. The top bunk mattress is too tall/deep and thus there is no safeguard from falling off. It was also quite wobbly, but I'm sure tightening a few bolts would fix that issue. Thankfully there were plenty of other beds to accommodate my family and we did not need to make use of the bunk beds. My only other issue with the house was the overwhelming fragrance from all the plugins and the like. Overall the house was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Quiet cove, perfect for family

We had a great stay! Layout was perfect for our family of four, plus grandparents. Comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen, convenient location to grocery and restaurants…although we cooked meals at the rental, making use of the Weber grill! Great spot to kayak from due to low wake zone.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was stocked with everything you need, the beds were some of the most comfortable beds we have ever had at a rental, the house was very clean. The owners were super helpful with recommendations. We rented a boat and it was delivered and picked up from the doc of the house which was extremely convenient. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend.

We had a great time here. The beds were comfortable (particularly the 2 King memory foam mattresses), the outside porch was comfortable and provided a nice view, and the kitchen and bathrooms were all well stocked with amenities. We cooked several full meals and didn't lack for anything.We would highly recommend this place!

Excellent accommodations. Great location for us to be close to local family. Was a great bonus to have 2 king beds available. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need for comfortable eating in options. Great to be on the lake. Only thing I could say was a bit of a slope in the backyard which makes kid play a bit challenging. We found the the Mountain Creek Park close by (about 10min drive) to let them run out their energyWould recommend and look to repeat our stay here.
