Just 40 minutes from Charlotte, this renovated 2,700 square foot lakefront retreat offers the perfect mix of comfort, style, and relaxation. Set on a private point with 230 feet of shoreline, it feels like your own hidden escape while still being only five minutes from the boat launch, Publix, gas, and restaurants.

The home sits on a quiet cove with direct access to Lake Norman, giving you calm, clear waters for swimming and fishing, while the main channel is only a short ride away. With no bridges in the way, boating is easy and worry-free.

Inside, there’s plenty of room for everyone with three bedrooms, a loft, and three and a half bathrooms that comfortably sleep up to twelve guests. The master suite features a king bed, private bath, and beautiful lake views, while the queen bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the water. A third bedroom with two bunk sets (twin over full/queen) makes it perfect for kids or larger groups. The private loft and cozy game room with a pull-out couch provide even more sleeping space and hangout areas.

The house is stocked with entertainment for all ages, including Roku TVs, kayaks, bikes, basketball, ping pong, a pool table, arcade games, and a swing set for the little ones. Outside, the level yard is ideal for games like horseshoes, badminton, and bocce. Evenings are best spent gathered around the fire pit under the stars, roasting marshmallows and sharing stories.

For days on the water, you’ll love the spacious sun deck and private dock, perfect for swimming, fishing, or just soaking up the view. Guests also have the option to rent a Godfrey Pontoon with a 115HP Yamaha for $1,700 per week or $550 per day (two-day minimum), plus tax, fuel, and a refundable deposit.

This is a family-friendly retreat designed for relaxation and fun, but please note that weddings or large events are not permitted.

Great Place to Stay!

My family and I had a great stay at this property, the home was great, very clean, and accommodated all of us very well. Great lake view, the quiet cove was a great place to swim and kayak. Renting the boat was very easy, and we enjoyed the lake everyday on it. Highly recommended! Thank you!

Spent a week at this beautiful home with a beautiful view. My whole family had a wonderful experience. Having lake access and a boat to use was a huge plus. Would definitely recommend and go back for another family vacation. Owner was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with!!

Clean and well-maintained house right on Lake Norman. Lots of fun indoor and outdoor spaces for the whole family. Great kitchen and grill but plenty of good dining options nearby. The owner was responsive and attentive and the access to boat and drop off WaveRunner rental was great.

Place was really nice and super comfortable! We had 2 families and enjoyed sitting by the dock and using the fire pit! Our families also logged many hours on the arcade game! Lots of competitions for high score! Thanks for a great place!

Quiet, Relaxing and well-equipped

We had a wonderful time at Lake Norman and this property was the majority of the reason. Very nice and clean inside and out with wonderful lake views. The owner was responsive and easy to work with - check-in and check-out were a breeze. Planning another stay in the future.

Week at Lake Norman

House was very nice. Didn’t realize the one bathroom couldn’t be accessed from the house. Had to go outside to get to it. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pot and pans, utensils and small appliances.

Great weekend getaway.

My family and I rented the house for Presidents’ Day weekend and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The house is well appointed and the location is great. There are lots of things for the kids to when not out on the water. The dock is very nice and we rented the pontoon which worked out perfectly. Would definitely visit again and recommend the property to our family and friends.

The Perfect Getaway Weekend

We decided to go away for a weekend on extremely short notice and we found this property to be available, and it was a great stay! It was overall clean and the provided linens were very convenient. If you’re going to stay here, absolutely rent the boat - it’s worth it. **spiders are a thing, but just bring a spray bottle of peppermint oil diluted with water and spray in necessary areas.
