Meadow Lane Cottage

Welcome to our guest house, located in the heart of Lancaster County and central to all the major attractions It has to offer!
Though we are located on a quiet country road we are only minutes from Route 30 and close to Sight and Sound Theatre, Strasburg Railroad, Dutch Wonderland, American Music Theatre, Rockvale and Tanger Outlets, The Village of Intercourse, Kitchen Kettle Village etc.
The space
Whether you are coming for a family vacation or a weekend getaway you’ll be sure to enjoy our cozy cottage with all the amenities to make your stay relaxing and comfortable! The kitchen is fully stocked where you can easily prepare your own meals! Dining room has table with bench and 4 chairs.
Washer and dryer are available to use.
Our spacious living room makes it easy to kick back and relax!! You’ll also have a dedicated work space if you’re working remotely.
Be sure to enjoy our cozy little sunroom surrounded with windows where it’s peaceful to just sit and enjoy the views!!
There is a half bath on the main floor as well.
On the second floor there is a full bath with a tub/ shower combination. This bathroom was remodeled winter of 2025..Master bedroom with king bed, closet and dresser for storage. Bedroom #2 with queen bed and closet. Bedroom #3 with queen bed, closet and dresser for storage.
Other things to note
This is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house next door has a few dogs that occasionally bark when they see or hear you outside, but for the most part they are kept inside.

The house was very clean and well appointed. One recommendation I would make, as someone who used to inspect hotels and am now a person of a certain age, is to add a grab bar in the shower. The neighbor Steve and his dogs stepped out to give us a friendly greeting, making us feel very welcome.

Meadow Lane Cottage is a beautiful rental with great amenities. The inside is very clean and beautifully decorated. The outside is well maintained. I had a question before we left and the host responded quickly with an answer.

Excellent location. The dogs next door a little intimidating at first. But they were fine. The house was perfect for what we were doing. The kitchen needs an exhaust fan if you cook it would sometimes set the smoke detector off.very clean and would definitely stay there again..

I loved this place. It was clean, felt cozy, and has a great layout. The enclosed porch was a real treat for me in the morning. The beds were comfortable with nice sheets, too! The location was near a variety of activities. We especially enjoyed Dutch Wonderland. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Thank you for the opportunity!

We traveled to PA for a basketball tournament. It was only a quick 2 night stay but this house had everything we needed. The host left great instructions and the check out process was a breeze! We will definitely be looking for this VRBO house again for next year’s tournament!
