Gorgeous land backing onto the natural jungle- this brand new 2 bdrm with 2 full baths is absolutely breathtaking. Two outdoor lounges gives you plenty of space to relax either in the traditional Rancho by the pool or closer to the villa in the modern lounge with beautiful solid wood custom made dining table.
Inside is all about comfort, with large screen TV and comfy couch seating next to the large gourmet kitchen which is stocked with everything you need.
Bedrooms are outfitted with hotel quality mattress and linens, finished with blackout blind, air conditioning and ceiling fans for ultimate comfort.
Location is absolute prime, in a quiet pocket with a 3 minute walk you reach a cute beach path directly to the ocean. Perfect for surfers! Wash your feet or board off in the handy outdoor shower.
Beachside Villas is a private resort property featuring 4 separate luxury villas. We provide a security guard during evenings . Feel secure in this new development, designed for travellers who appreciate the convenience of our prime location walking to everything as well as the thoughtful touches we provide.

Great experience!

Great location with easy access to beach and restaurants, but also a quiet part of town. Host was incredible in helping us have a great time in Nosara. The house and outdoor space with the pool were better than anticipated. We hope to come back!

amazing stay! The house was clean and comfortable. Perfect for our family of 5. Easy walk to the beach or anywhere you want to go in Nosara. Pool was very convenient for our young kids. Victor was beyond accommodating, he went above and beyond with various requests. We hope to return soon!

Excellent Stay at Beachside Villas

This was our third trip to Guiones and this was our favorite house for several reasons. First, location, the house was relatively private and quiet despite being on a main road in Guiones. Second, the property manager Viktor was proactive in reaching out and responsive when we had questions. He also offered several local recommendations. Third, the house was new, clean and well equipped for our family. We will be booking again.
