Welcome to our beautiful beach home which offers everything needed for a wonderful beach vacation! This magnificent home includes 2 spacious living rooms, 5 master bedrooms with full bathrooms, frameless shower doors and custom tile to the ceiling. There are also custom twin XL built-in bunks to sleep 4 kids or adults! Don't worry about climbing the stairs to load groceries or luggage as the spacious house has a built-in elevator accessible on all floors for convenience. After a full day at the beach, you can enjoy relaxing at our in ground pool which can be heated, especially during cool evenings. You can walk to the beach or choose to drive the 6-seater vibrant red street legal golf cart for convenience! There are plenty of Tommy Bahama beach chairs (10+), beach umbrellas (3+), and lots of beach toys to enjoy the sunshine. Our home is equipped with state-of-the-art modern kitchen stainless steel large appliances (6 burner Viking Range) and a fully stocked kitchen to prepare meals for the whole family. We also have a separate laundry room, plenty of patio/balcony spaces, and can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests. We are located in the heart of Gulf Place on 30A and less than a 2-minute walk to the beach. Welcome to our beach paradise!

We had a fantastic time at Mai and Brad's home! They were extremely communicative from the start and throughout our stay if we had any questions. Five ladies and I shared the house, and it was beautiful and spacious, even better than the pictures! I highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay near the beach. There are great restaurants and things to do right next door. Lovely hosts and a lovely home, I will be staying here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this new beach property! Quiet area and super close to beach access and restaurants in gulf place. The pool was covered and perfect for our littles to swim in the shade. Golf cart was great for dropping off beach items. Mai and Brad were very attentive to all guest needs and great to work with!

Spectacular Getaway Oasis

This property is flat out amazing! The house is immaculate and fully stocked from the kitchen to all the beach necessities. The location is divine with access to the beach and a small shop area but at the same time is peaceful and tucked away. The owners are amazing to work with. We will definitely be looking to return again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need and more. We appreciated the beach towels and laundry pods very much. You can tell they really put some thoughts into the layout and furnishings. The communication was above and beyond and they wanted to make sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time. It is only steps to the beach and yummy restaurants nearby. Highly recommend staying here!

Amazing Property and Location

The owners of this property were so amazing to work with! The location of this house was amazing. The house was incredible. It was so wonderful to have so many bedrooms and bathrooms and working elevator! The kitchen was stocked with so much cooking utensils. The added bonus was all the beach towels and quality chairs and umbrellas!! Will be back !!!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this stunning beach house in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida! The three-story home was spotless and modern, with every detail thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. The elevator was a fantastic addition, making it easy to move between floors, especially with all our luggage. The amenities were top-notch, from the fully equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces, and the private pool was a perfect spot to relax after a day at the beach. The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to the beautiful, serene beaches and close to local shops and restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be returning on our next trip to Santa Rosa Beach. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Santa Rosa beach rental

My family and I booked this home for a week in June. Everything about the property has a cozy and new feel. Brad and Mai were very good about communicating through the entire process. The house is a block from Santa Rosa beach which makes for an easy walk or ride to the beach. The home comes with a golf cart which makes things very convenient. The pool on the back patio was great for our kids to have fun but also take a break from the sun as the pool is covered. We will definitely visit this property again!

Oh Mai my. What an unforgettable experience.

This property is the perfect place for a large family. We were 9 total people and never found it crowded. Every thing about the property was wonderful. We enjoyed the outdoor pool in the backyard- it was a wonderful addition. The golf cart was a great addition. The ride to the beach is 3 minutes from the house. Mai was very responsive to the questions we had and resolved them quickly. Oh did I mention the house has an elevator to reach the top floors. We loved everything about this new property. Mai we will be back.

Perfect Beach Vacation

Our family gathered from around the country (and world) for a three generational reunion and the setting was absolutely perfect. It is a lovely house, nicely decorated and equipped. It was impeccably clean we we arrived, with ample towels and toiletries. We especially liked the shaded plunge pool for relaxing between trips to the beach. The beach itself is gorgeous and trips to it were effortless, with the golf cart and beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, even beach towels and toys) all provided with the house. The dining area and kitchen were wonderful - seating for all nine of us at the table, and all of the equipment we needed for meal prep. The house is also near lots of restaurants, within easy walking (or golf carting) distance for a change of pace. We had a wonderful time at a beautiful place in a perfect house. Thank you for sharing it with us.

A Magnificent Weekend

We were a group of ten (8 adults, 2 young children) along with some family dogs, that were interested in heading to 30A to enjoy the weather and make some memories. We were very fortunate when we came across this rental. The property was only an easy block away from a great beach access point and surrounded by a variety of great shops and eateries which we enjoyed every night. The house was perfect! All the rooms were large and accommodating for every member of our group, the house was spotless and well cared for, and the amenities to include a great golf cart were all great and made our beach time even better. I would highly recommend this location. The owners were extremely friendly and accessible whenever we had a need or request. A gem on the beach!!! Based on our stay we hope to make this a location a tradition for our family as everyone truly enjoyed their stay and accommodations.

Making great memories in Santa Rosa Beach

My family of 4 (and our 16 year old dog Edna) just returned from a 7 day, 6 night vacation at this beautiful home in Santa Rosa Beach. It was perfection. The home was luxurious and welcoming and had everything we needed to make our vacation blissful, simple and relaxing. Large comfortable beds, awesome bedrooms, comfy furniture, beautiful fixtures and a kitchen to die for! This property met the 3 must haves on my list (Pool, golf cart and dog friendly) but provided so much more. Admittedly, the house was much larger than we needed for our group of 4 so know if you have a bigger party (10+), this property would definitely work. The golf cart provided flexibility to just pick up and go to the beach. The bikes provided another alternative mode of transport and the area itself was highly walkable and busy, but not too busy. There is an ice cream shop right around the corner and quite a few restaurant options in the area. The owners, Mai and Brad were very responsive and so easy to work with. This was my first time booking through a third party website and it could not have gone better. Thanks to Mai, Brad and their family for opening their home to us and allowing us to make some great memories! We would book with them without hesitation in the future!

Location, luxury, and southern hospitality at its finest!

This was my first time using Vrbo with my family, and it was hands down the best vacation experience we’ve had in a long time. The property is in pristine condition inside and out. The photos don’t do it justice. The entire home has been curated with upscale decorations and furniture. It comes fully stocked with everything you and your family will need. Each king sized bedroom and private bathroom feels like a personal oasis. The salt water pool felt perfect after an afternoon at the beach, which is literally a few paces away from the home. We were able to watch the sun rise and set each morning and evening. We had 3 elderly family members who really appreciated the convenience of having bikes and a golf cart which were very easy to access. The elevator was also a real life saver for them. Mai and her family were so accommodating and friendly. They were always immediately responsive to any request or concern. Their insight and recommendations really helped us enjoy our stay. My family repeatedly said they could feel the love and positive energy in the home, which made my decision to book with Mai and Brad completely worth it. Thank you again for such an amazing experience. We can’t wait to return next year! Don’t hesitate to book this home for your next family getaway. The location is perfect, the home is pure luxury, and the Oltmann’s really know how to make you feel welcomed in their home!

A true gem!

This house was beautiful, brand new, and well appointed. You can tell the owners are proud of their home. I loved that it was not like renting a corporate owned property. The personal touches made it much more pleasant and inviting. Just bring your belongings and the beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and games are provided. The open floor plan provided lots of room to enjoy time together. Having two living areas was great so everyone had their own space to relax and chill out. There were only four of us, so we had far more room than needed. All the bedrooms were comfortably furnished, including fresh linens and ample closet storage. Each had a beautifully tiled en-suite bathroom with good lighting, vanity space, and mirrors to get ready. Especially important for us girls! The elevator was very convenient for luggage and groceries. Although I did not cook, the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities and great for large groups as well. The location was excellent and very walkable. I was surprised at how close the beach was. The beach was impeccable, with white powder sand and clear water. We found that the Dune Allen beach access was less crowded and had no stairs down to the beach. The golf cart was a plus and very convenient to haul our stuff. Just watch where you park! It was also convenient for our dogs having the fenced in yard and walking them on the Timpoochee Trail, located right down the street. I was also pleased to see that the house was located on a very secluded street with no traffic. We had an excellent experience with the hosts, and they were quick to respond with any questions. Mai was genuinely nice and accommodating. Booking was easy and her instructions were excellent. Overall, this is a gem!!! We were incredibly pleased with our stay and will be back.

Beautiful new home, great location and the “BEST” host!

My mother booked this beautiful new home for my bachelorette party. The home was decorated so tastefully and the finishes, appliances, bathrooms were all high ended. The host covered everything with me. It is equipped with an elevator and it was so helpful with getting luggage and groceries to the different floors. The swimming pool was heated which made it so nice because it was a little cool in the evenings. The home was located close to Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar and a lot of local shopping so it was easy to walk to. We were the first ones to rent this home and the golf cart didn’t have the tag on it yet. So the host rented us a golf cart to use. It was so convenient and the home came with five bikes, beech chairs, towels and games. There was also a living room on the first floor with a gaming tv setup. The first floor had a living room/game area, king bedroom with bath. The second floor had the gourmet kitchen, living room, master bedroom and full bath. The third floor had two king size bedrooms with baths. It also had a bunk room that slept 4 and a Jack and Jill bath that connected to another king size bedroom. We had thirteen in our group and the home was perfect for us. We had plenty of room and everything was so thought out. I don’t have one complaint because we didn’t run into any problems. My family has had a lot of heartache over the past two years with the loss of my brother from a tragic car accident and my father battling two cancers and the host surprised my mother and I with two wonderful gift baskets full of useful and personal items. We cannot wait to come back again and rent this beautiful home. I cannot say enough about the host and all the personal touches this home has to make it feel like home. You won’t regret booking this home!

Our beach home is brand new as of February 2023. It is spacious, can accommodate multiple families and the property is in the heart of Gulf Place- 30A where everyone can enjoy shopping and eateries. We are literally steps from the beach but are equipped with a 6-seater golf cart in case you prefer not to walk. Come back from beach-in all day to relax in the private pool or just chill out on the patio / living room area with a glass of wine or beer.
