We had a wonderful stay at this property in Las Vegas! The location was perfect — close enough to the Las Vegas Strip for convenience, but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby, which made everything so easy.The home was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing — it truly met all of our expectations. The gated community was a huge plus and made us feel safe, and the neighborhood itself was very quiet.What really stood out was the host’s communication and professionalism. My daughter accidentally left her brand-new sneakers behind, and the host was incredibly prompt and helpful in making sure they were shipped back to us. That level of care meant a lot.We would absolutely stay here again!

The AC was find. It could be adjusted, which was great . Kitchen appliances were great however some have a seasoning rack .Also,, it would be nice to have a TV in each room,,,,! This was kinda expected.Overall stay was great !

Great Stay!

Easy to get to from the airport, and a short car ride to all the things that you want to do in Las Vegas. My group was there for a music festival that we are performing at, and it made the trip super enjoyable since we had a place retreat to. If we get invited back to the festival we will look to rent this property again.

Great Neighborhood Close to the Strip

We decided to stay off the strip for this trip. The townhouse was clean, well equipped and close to everything on the Strip. Communication with the owner was easy, quick and thorough. Would stay there again.

Convenient location if your going to game or anything else in Vegas

We went to Vegas for a Football game and the place was perfect. We were able to BBQ and game prep then catch a short ride to the stadium.
