Guests will have full access to the entire home, with the exception of the garage.

PARKING: Free parking is available in the driveway and in designated street parking areas. Please be considerate of our neighbors and do not block driveways, mailboxes, or park on neighboring properties.

CHECK-IN: The day before your arrival, we’ll send your check-in instructions through the VRBO app. For your convenience, we offer contactless, keyless self check-in with a unique access code. The code is changed after each guest’s stay

HOUSE RULES — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING

Absolutely NO smoking indoors, pets, parties, drugs, or unauthorized flames/fires, including candles. Violations may result in termination of the stay and applicable fees or charges for damages.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: This home is located in a residential neighborhood with full-time residents. Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 11:00 PM–7:00 AM.

NO SMOKING OR VAPING INDOORS: Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home. A $300 additional cleaning fee may apply for violations. Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor patio area. Please use the provided ashtray.

AGE REQUIREMENT: The primary booking guest must be 25 years or older. Children accompanied by their parents/guardians are welcome.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 8 GUESTS. Unauthorized guests are not permitted.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Early check-in and late check-out must be approved in advance. Unauthorized early arrival or late departure may result in a $100 fee. Our cleaning team requires adequate time to prepare the home for each guest. Daily housekeeping is not provided.

PETS: Pets are not permitted. Unauthorized animals may result in additional cleaning/damage charges and termination of the stay, subject to VRBO policies. (Service animals are handled in accordance with applicable VRBO policies.)

SECURITY CAMERAS: Exterior security cameras are located outside the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home. Tampering with, covering, disabling, or interfering with security devices is prohibited.

Circumstances outside the host’s control—including severe weather, natural disasters, utility outages, or similar events—will be handled according to the applicable cancellation/refund policy. Travel insurance is recommended.

Guests must also comply with all applicable terms disclosed in the listing and Rental Agreement.
