OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Palm Springs Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) & Tourism Business Improvement District (TBID) assessment: Palm Springs requires all vacation rental owners to collect a 11.5% TOT and 1% TBID tax on all rentals that are 28 days or less. This is in addition to the rental fee and it will be a separate line item in the breakdown of your booking fees.

Stays of 29+ days (28+ nights): there is no city TOT and TBID tax.

Pool and jacuzzi heating: Due to the high cost of heating the pool, there is an optional $75/day fee. This is recommended October through May, though heating is available year-round. Please note it can take a full day to heat the pool, so please let us know if you would like it heated prior to your arrival. Heating the jacuzzi is complimentary but please turn the heat off after use.

Pets: we love and welcome our furry friends! Our insurance restricts certain breeds/sizes. Please provide details prior to booking

Beautiful, well-equipped modern home

We loved our 3 night stay at this beautiful, well-equipped modern home. The location is ideal, on a quiet side street a short drive from South Palm Drive and the main hub of activities and restaurants. The king beds were very comforable, and the kitchen was up to date with an open concept and all the amenities you need to cook & heat up food. The built-in water filter in the refigerator was a nice perk. The office with fooseball table, desk & yoga mats were great as well - my husband had a quiet space to work, and our teens loved rotating from swimming in the pool to playing fooseball. The pool and hot tub were lovely as well. The hot tub, once you turn the jets switch on, really heats up nicely. One tiny flaw: there is no entrance to the hot tub, so you can scratch yourself on the cement blocks surrounding the tub when stepping in and out. Finally, our communication with Emanuelle, who manages the proppety, was flawless. She was very helpful, fast and responsive to all email queries before our stay. It was reassuring to know we could contact her if we needed anything. Overall, we loved our stay & would definitely choose this home again.

Christmas escape

Very nice property and excellent communication with and from host. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Hot tub was a great feature after hiking and golf. Very close to downtown and restaurants. Hope to return with our sons.

Very satisfied

Emmanuelle was an excellent host and very attentive to some questions we had when we arrived. The home was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable with hotel quality sheets and comforters. It was exactly as described and perfect for our family of four. The pool and outside rear yard were wonderful for relaxing and plenty of space for the kids to play. We would definitely stay here again!

Great for Families

We had a great stay! The house and grounds have been nicely updated and are well stocked for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the location in a quiet neighborhood with minimal road noise. The owner was responsive and easy to work with.
