Sleeps-4+ Relax in this completely remodeled & peaceful beachfront stay right on the white sand. Conveniently everything is within walking distance of this lovely condo A #304, or take the 0.75 trolly to time square, your just minutes away from the wide range of restaurants, shopping & fishing charters of Santini Marina Plaza. Our privet paths leads you to the Golf of Mexico's white sand beaches, tennis & shuffleboard courts, the large heated pool, beautiful beaches. Relax in conferrable beds.

Our place is very open concept, a full newly remodeled unit.
Also the use of a dividing wall you can put away or close off the spacious king bedroom, smart tv, full bathroom. A queen Memory foam pull out cabinet bed is available in the living room where are you still have use of a couch and a full kitchen, smart TV, & Beautiful views.
Guest access
During your stay you will have Full access to everything in the condo unit and the balcony. Also the swimming pool the laundry room the beach the parking the patio and Pool & Sun deck chair’s just will need to follow Open and closed times for common use area. Please contact me if you have any questions regarding use of any of the facilities.

We enjoyed our time at the condo. The view from the balcony is amazing, especially at sunset. The unit is on the beach and within walking distance are CVS, 7 Eleven, an Italian restaurant, a coffee shop and an ice cream shop.

We enjoyed our stay immensely... Relaxing, quiet, and peaceful! We love Ft. Myers Beach and hadn't been back since Ian had destroyed the place we loved on the beach. We actually liked the fact we had chairs to haul over to the sand and although we didn't use any of the other beach and pool accessories we were impressed with how much other equipment was in the unit. We loved watching the water, beach and those marvelous sunsets! The unit was very clean and both the help and the other occupants were very friendly.

Nice Stay

Room and view was amazing. Very well decorated and the sunsets were incredible. For sure a lot of construction activities and noise but was expected. Would stay here again.

Fort Meyers Beach

We always enjoy Fort Meyers Beach. However recovering from the hurricanes is going to take some time. The local amenities still aren’t there.

Great Location

Fort Myers is slowly recovering from Hurricane Ian but the area is still as beautiful as ever. The property is located literally within steps of the gulf and the views of the sunset from the balcony were breathtaking. The area has so much to offer and this property is an excellent place to enjoy that. There was a little hiccup with the cleanliness of the property, but the property manager immediately responded and we resolved the issues quickly. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property in spite of that and wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

Not forthright

The condo was nice and view was excellent however the peoperty was in heavy construction. Every morning we were awakened to jack hammers grinding sawing and poundding on the exterior. There was sawing drilling and pounding inside that sounded next door. The pool was closed and was full of disgusting foul smelling water. The elevators worked sporadically and the laundry was inconvenient and lacked lights. The host was less than forthright. She only answered specific questio. Future guests need to be warned they are entering a heavy construction zone.

Thank you Jeffery, yes the Laundry is in another building right now, as our building has not finished the floor, The Pool has been drained and interior finished, now full of new clean water, should be open early February, the work on the pool has been a lot of the heavy noise. There are still construction going on, around the grounds, we have had our guest sign the construction waiver, to be aware of the construction. Our condo association are doing their best move our construction along as quickly as possible.
