Ideally located within walking distance to downtown Williams and just a short 10-minute drive to top attractions like the Grand Canyon Railway, Bearizona, The Grand Canyon Deer Farm, and The Canyon Coaster Adventure Park.
Inside, you'll find an open-concept living space complemented by a modern kitchen, dining area, and a cozy eat-in island—perfect for shared meals and quality time. Our home comfortably sleeps 12 guests and a baby across four bedrooms, making it an ideal spot to bring your whole crew or extended family. The fully fenced backyard with a secure gate provides a safe playground for kids, with plenty of outdoor seating to relax and supervise. Nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac, enjoy the tranquility of our secluded neighborhood while being less than five minutes from downtown Williams with shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Listen to the gentle sounds of passing trains—an homage to the area's rich history.
Guests have full access to the entire property and amenities, with the exception of a storage room and outdoor shed—these are locked for guest safety.

We love Williams and the iconic train history. Our home is within walking distance of the Polar Express and Grand Canyon Railway stations. Just two blocks away, you'll find a charming spot perfect for family fun—a small baseball diamond where we enjoy kickball and picnics. Cureton Park is a family favorite next to the basecall fields and offers additional space for playing and relaxing with the kids.

Our property is special because it can comfortably accommodate two families at once—something we truly enjoy. We love being at the end of a cul-de-sac, offering a quiet and safe environment. Our charming little ranch-style house sits on a spacious lot, providing plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy.
